The girl that worked today @845am was very rude. Every time I come to this location every person is so rude I don’t know how you stay in business. Also you carry vapes that are burnt more than anyone other Tobacco store yet are the only one who doesn’t does the “if it has vape smoke, we can’t exchange it”, when over 1/2 of everything I’ve bought there is burnt every single time. As I am aware you can trade 3 vapes per person, at no cost or loss to you, so it’s obviously a lazy problem. Your policy being in small print on an old/worn piece of paper barely taped to the window, you should be telling your customers you do not honor what is normal protocol when vapes are defective. This place is a rip off, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, after giving it more than 15 chances, I won’t be coming back or sending any of my clients/people here. Cheapest butane in town and they have really good prices on quality products here. They offer a really good selection of smoking items and smoking accessories. They have a drive thru which is pretty dope, get your nicotine without stepping foot outside the car. The lady at the counter was super helpful and had a good customer service way about her. Helpful and direct is my favorite. "We sell the most of this one but probably because it's cheapest." Is helpful info. I have been visiting this store for almost two years. purchased the wrong items today and it was a huge production. She called her manager and was saying crap like , I thought he wanted to return got wrong color (vape tube) then she said but he wants to return in, in a sing song sarcastic "I am tired of this crap" kinda way. They have lost several customers over this. A return/exchange should be easy. I had my receipt and was just in a few hours prior to this.
