Since it’s a newer model, they needed to special-order the part. Once it arrived, they promptly notified me to bring in my phone. Just 20 minutes after dropping it off, they called to explain that the camera lens was fine—it was only the lens cover I’d installed that was cracked. Embarrassingly, I’d misjudged the issue! They didn’t charge me for any repairs and even offered a full refund, despite having ordered the part. Taking my good review back! The day they fixed my screen it was still glitching and acting up. I go back several times and they tell me it’s fine they just plug it in. When I call back to let them know my screen basically exploded in the corner from putting in down on the table they tell me there nothing they can do unless I pay for a brand new screen that by the way went up in price in a few days.
