Springdale Public Library — Attraction in Springdale

Certainly an impressive place to study. One of the few libraries in the area with a notary public, which offers it's service for free. If you intend to make photocopies or Print documents here, you need to carry cash as the machine does not accept cards. However, when a staff assists you can pay upfront at the counter using your debit/credit card.

Perhaps my favorite part of the library is the quite study rooms at the back. I admire the fact that there's no time limit for it's use unlike most other libraries that have a daily tine limit for the use if study rooms.

In addition, as with most libraries they have different sections for Children, teens and general area. Lest I forget the library cards are free unlike in other ones in the area...

A True Gem in the Heart of Springdale!

Springdale Public Library is one of our favorite spots in town. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. They’ve got a great selection of books, a fun kids’ area with Montessori inspired toys, solid Wi-Fi, and lots of quiet space to read or work. Plus, their events and kids programs are awesome for all ages (we’ve done fishing, multicultural events, free crafting projects, etc). You can borrow an Osmo and let the kids race cars or pick up gigantic, large print books as big as a toddler is tall. Audiobooks, Wonderbooks, DVDs, so much to choose from. It’s a cozy, welcoming place that really feels like a community hub....

I enjoy visiting the Springdale Public Library because it provides a comfortable and cozy environment for studying. However, I believe there is a need for large mobile whiteboards, and handheld whiteboards that students can use while working. I also think the library should consider extending its hours. If longer hours are not feasible for the entire library or for the staff, perhaps a separate study area could be created.
