Hibachi Express Japanese Grill — Restaurant in Springdale

I went here yesterday on a door dash pick up & gave this place an amazing review, the tall guy was super friendly & helpful. I went in again today for rice , just to get yelled at for picking up my dash order after, just yesterday they told me where to grab it. The short lady came over to me & yelled at me in front of all of the customers with them staring ,from her hollering across the room making a scene. She could've been more respectful & calmly told me the issue , they need to work on her attitude & how to approach people. Instead , I walk out walking past each customer staring me down with the way she acted. She got mean & said "next time DONT do that" well there won't be a "next time" & I'm going to tell ALL of my customers not to go to that location because of YOU. I threw away the 7 dollar fried rice because you made me so upset , I had lost my appetite , also let doordash know the experience as well , along with redit & yelp. Fix your attitude & understand how to respect your hard working paying customers. That was my lunch break ruined. So congratulations on being a rude...

This place has been a new office favorite ever since it opened this past year. The staff are fantastic and take pride in what they out. They are friendly and keep their establishment in great shape. We frequent it all the time for delicious, well priced meal. You get a lot of food, and it's REALLY good. I always do the chicken teriyaki, but my co workers get bento boxes and sushi and everybody loves it.

Today, I managed to screw up my own order online. They tried to reach me via phone but the call didn't make it through to me.. so I arrived intending to grab my order and be on my way.. when I got to the register, she alerted me to my mistake (I had ordered beef, but my note said "chicken well done please" - that's how she noticed I may have meant something else) and asked me to clarify. She quickly made sure to get my food going without disrupting the rest of the kitchens flow and I was out of there in no time at all. Check this out: My very first Hibachi Express experience! I did this visit as my standard sushi test for freshness, quality, value & depth of savoriness (umami). For less than $20, Hibachi Express gets my 10/10 rating for their sushi , a rating which I RARELY dole out, even to more expensive establishments! Fantastic presentation for a combo to-go / sit-down place (limited table seating + 2 x 4-top booths). Very highly safe food handling. Everything FRESHLY prepared , so one does not mind waiting for an order. Was going to eat BOTH Volcano Rolls this visit; however, decided to take the 2nd one back home nearby to my friends , another sushi aficionado. Really like having the unlimited fountain beverage here! Super clean restrooms available at the back. Do not forget to ask for a loyalty card which affords a $5 discount for every 100 points earned.
