A little disappointed. We were in town for work. Hungry so we searched close restaurants, Guidos came highly recommended. Restaurant was nicely set up, clean and inviting. There's a sign above the kitchen entry that states there's a real Italian in the kitchen etc. So, yay, gotta be some great food. I ordered cheese bread for $4.75 and uncle taloose (sp) large pizza for just over $20. My husband also got a dinner salad. The dinner salad came out, and it was just shredded lettuce with Two tomato slices on it! Shredded lettuce?!?! The cheese bread came out, I was excited for it, just to have a plate of toasted white sandwich bread on it with melted cheese. I paid $4.75 for toast with cheese!! Not at all what I expected, wasn't thrilled! Waited for the pizza to come out, and to be fair. Nothing Italian about it. The toppings were from the freezer, you could taste it. Nothing fresh on the pizza. Our waitress, I didn't get her name but she was great. She was the only waitress helping all the tables, as well as to go orders. She was the best part of our visit. Needless to say, the "cheese toast" was embarrassing. I'd be embarrassed to serve that, and even more embarrassed to charge $4.75 for it.

Wow! I stopped in here spur of the moment because my daughter wanted pizza and we were passing by. I didn’t know what to expect, the interior is humble and simple. The server was super sweet and attentive. This was some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. My daughter who eats like a bird ate almost her entire mini pizza. The prices are VERY reasonable, especially for how they load the pies up. My only complaint is that the game room could use a revamp. Other than that, the restaurant was great. Very glad we stopped in.

Perfect location, friendly and courteous staff, fantastic food. My wife, son and myself were forced out for dinner, when I mistakenly forgot to plug our slow cooker into the electrical outlet. We had heard through the grapevine that Guido's Pizza was great , and gave it a try. We were greeted by many of the staff as we found a table for our family, and immediately got our drink orders. We then had two medium pizzas and a dinner salad. We got our order quickly, and were served in a timely manner. Our waitress was accommodating without hovering' The crust on our pizzas was fresh, and each pizza was loaded with more toppings than I had ever seen. It was hot, and delicious! The dinner salad, however, has been cause for conversation after the meal, and again this morning. You see, the dinner salad was just shredded iceberg lettuce, two slices of tomato, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the dressing of our choice. Our choice was the house made ranch, which was mixed appropriately, being good, and the just right consistency. The tomatoes were hard and flavorless. However, good tomatoes in March is difficult, so no fault of the restaurant. The reason for our conversations, though was how something as simple as lettuce, cheese, and dressing could be so utterly and amazingly delicious. Being better many salad bars, it was cold, lush and refreshing. The dinner salad was large, and enough for all three of us to share. That being the case, instead of plastic, or china plates we were given white, paper plates to share our salad. This didnt bother me, as I have a set of the same paper plates at home. However, some customers may be put off by that. Likewise the price of the pizza was a bit more than some would be willing to pay seeing that there are so many other games in the pizza business to choose from. That being said, if you're after cheap pizza, Uncle Guido's, is not the place for you. Stop by Walmart and get a 4 pack of party pizzas for $4. However, if you like hot, fresh, and delicious. Uncle Guido's is the...

Truly wish we had this gem in Kansas!

I walked in to place a carryout order for our baseball team. Rita was so kind and helpful during the ordering process. She even recommended a specialty pizza I ended up getting for the parents to try and it was a hit as well!

Ended up ordering 11 pizzas and 4 dinner salads. Only took them 45 min on a Saturday night at 6 pm. I heard her walk into the kitchen after I placed the order and communicated everything with the kitchen staff so well. There were no groans of unhappy employees. I sat at the bar to wait for the order and was so grateful the owner and his wife were there. Lovely people that were genuinely nice to chat with. Every single person I came into contact with were some of the kindest people I encountered all weekend.

Rita made sure I had plates, silverware, cheese and peppers. And enough for the 25 people I was feeding. Everyone loved the food. It was a huge hit with teenage boys as much as the parents. Great quality and fresh ingredients.

If you are visiting the area or new to the area, I HIGHLY recommend Guido's and can guarantee we will be...
