On 12/05/18 I went into McDonald’s 1260 E Robinson Avenue in Springdale, AR for a burger, fries, and drink. I ordered a burger and used the McDonald’s App that States: Free any size soft drink with purchase of Medium or Large fries. At check out as method of payment I selected to pay at the counter. Got charged by person at register, and I paid. I asked person at register for my cup and the person said no you did not paid for a drink. I told her I used the app and it states free drink. She said no with a rude tone and said I am not responsible for the app and ignore me. I told her again it states free drink. Register person grabbed my receipt and went to look for a manager. A manager came to the counter and based on what person on register said, she told me no in a rude tone and said zI did not paid. I told her I used the app and what the coupon said. She asked me to pull it back up and I explained once it is used, customer can not go back to it. Both employees had an attitude, bad face gesture towards me, used a rude tone towards me like I wanted to get a drink with out paying, they said no. They got me so angry that I asked for a refund. Not once they apologized until then. Luckily I had a picture of the coupon in the up. I showed it to the manager. She did not read it. I told her it states free drink and that’s what I used. Rudely she came back and started to press buttons on my cell phone with out my permission. She asked what size of a drink you want, and gaved me a cup. Then she ignored me. I did not have the food nor the drink. I asked for my food and Register person and manager completely had ignored me. Another employee looked at me and grabbed the food, bagged it and gaved it to me. Not one time any body said sorry or apologized. They treated me like I was a broke person, without money, trying to get something free without paying for it, if they didn’t pay attention. Bad service. I tried to not get frustrated but I got extremely Angry. Something that is not good for my health since I have a High Risk Pregnancy (45 weeks) with a fetal Atrial Flutter (extremely fast heart beat). They did not realized that bad moment where they argued with me, used ugly faces as gestures can cause me to end up in the hospital. As a matter of fact I just got discharged from the hospital on 12/02/18. All for coming into McDonald’s Happy and trying to have a nice lunch. Their Employees need to be nice. Read moreWe go there this morning n order, when we're given the total we think...that's kind of low, we think maybe the guy didn't get it all. We try to explain at the first window that hey we don't think you got our whole order. We are basically ignored and told yeah yeah that's what I got. Ummm OK. We pay. Looking at the receipt at the second window I see that in fact he did not have our order correctly. We try to explain at the second window this isn't all our order n we already tried to explain this at the first window. We are met with more ridiculous none sense. By this time we have a line behind us. The manager gets involved. He says OK he'll get the correct stuff. N proceeds to charge us! Now here is my issue which I explained to him...we tried to get this right at the first window! Your employee was rude and ignored us! We have had to wait n hold up everyone trying to get this right! You are now beyond inconvenient. Instead of the manager apologizing and saying something along the lines of, Sorry for your wait and this mix up n here u go this is on the house. It was a strawberry pie and sausage McMuffin...like under $4.00! We could and DID pay for it...but it would have been better customer service for the manager to just let that go! He says I already rang it up, like he can not void it out! This was your employee's mess up not ours! Customer Service IS NOT A THING any longer. Another "manager" and I use the term so loosely THEN comes to the window n says, "did u have a strawberry pie?" We say yes we've order one but we're still waiting on it. He say's, "well it'll be a 4 minute wait, we need u to pull up." WHAT!?! We say can we just get an apple pie. We get home n the pictures show the apple pie. Dry, hard, glue like. Dried up filling. And surprise... NO enjoy by date sticker! It was torn off!!! Needless to say it was not eaten. I will drive across town if I want...
Read moreTerrible experience I’ve never had a problem since I’ve been gone here since I moved up here a year ago until tonight I don’t know if they hired new people or not for night shift but they don’t need to be working at the drive-through. It wasn’t the person collecting payments. It was the second drive-through window. It was a tall kid with a beard and glasses. He tried handing me a dark soda and I told him it wasn’t mine and then he asked what I had and I said a orange height C he was like that’s it and I said and with some food which it tells them what you order, I don’t know why they didn’t know what we had. So when I go to tell him what my food order was all I got to tell him was that I had a 10 piece nugget and he Walked away I didn’t even get to tell him everything that I had. This was After already waiting a long time in the line granite yes I know they were busy so I wasn’t mad until got my food.. I looked in my bag. I had a large fry 10 piece nuggets and no other sandwich I ordered.. I ordered my stuff from the app which it comes with a medium fry, a medium drink and a 10 piece nugget so I wasn’t complaining that I got the wrong size fries complaining because I didn’t get my sandwich that I paid for so I had to go back through the drive-through, which was already super long when I got back in the line again and I had to wait The girl at the first window was very kind. Sure, they’ve been dealing with rude customers all night.. I get to the second window and there was a different kid there and asked did I have chicken tenders I said no I’m missing a double cheeseburger plain. I get home and I eat my sandwich separately so I always start with the bottle of the sandwich and my sandwich wasn’t even a plain sandwich.
