Some 2 weeks ago I pulled into the Springdale Schlotzkys to get some cinnabons and chocolate chip cookies for my sons baseball team. I was also planning on getting a dozen or so sandwiches for the parents as it was my turn to buy. I came in the back exit so I parked behind another little bitty car next to the building. As I was getting out the little bitty car whipped around and pulled up to the side of me. Both the driver and passenger had on Schlotzkys shirts. The driver very aggressively told me I couldn’t park there and if I didn’t move he would have me towed. I told him to relax I was the only car in the parking lot and would move after I placed my order so the kitchen could get started on it. He proceeded to curse and me calling me names such as motherF$&@er and Pu&&y and Bi&@h and threatening to kick my A&$ etc. I did not appreciate my 12 year old son witnessing this type of behavior. I walked towards the little bitty car and asked him what on earth his problem was and he drove of screaming profanities that would make a sailor blush. I went inside to order as I was running late and had no time to switch plans and asked for the corporate complaint line. They told me there was none but gave me the number to the franchisee JJ. I called JJ who was apologetic and said he would take action and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. I was told that the 2 employees in the little bitty car were managers and that the driver doing all the talking name is Charles. My son was filming with his smartphone and I have been told to press charges for the threats to “kick my A$&. I don’t believe there is no way to complain to corporate Schlotzkys/Cinnabon and will continue to pursue a way to reach them as it is my understanding nothing has been done to date regarding this. Read moreUpdate 4/6/24: Service here is extremely hit or miss. We ordered over 40mins ago and are still waiting for our food. When we arrived there was only 1 couple here. Quite a few came in after us and somehow they kept bringing the food out to people who ordered after us. So we asked, and they said “the drive thru is busy and we’re trying to keep up”, totally understandable but why are people who ordered after us all getting their food and leaving already and we’re not? I’m done with this location, too many issues. Refunded the whole thing after waiting so long. Also when you’re taking orders and have a AirPod in, you’re not paying attention in my pov. The owner needs to do a serious overhaul.
2022: This location for whatever reason never has salt. I visit this Springdale Arkansas location often and for the past year the staff has been lackluster at best. The front counter staff doesn’t keep an eye on the front register area. Many of the staff are also wearing earbuds (headphones) limiting them hearing when a new customer comes in, and when taking the orders or questions. Food is ok, but the service is terrible.

Read moreI just had the worst drive thru experience just now at this location. I placed my order around 6:45pm (#6 sandwich combo, Pick 2 grilled cheese and soup, and 2 cookies for $28.50). There was 1 car in front of me. Got told a different total at 6:51 than what was said at the speaker. A manager fixed it at 6:53. By 7:00, I still had not received even my 1 soda. At 7:07, after being at the window for 15+ mins., I got asked what I was waiting on (there was 1 car behind me). 1 minute later my drink got made but not handed out. At 7:12 I called the store to get someone to give me a refund which they agreed to do. At 7:15, they had to pull me forward to hand me my money (?). At 7:18 I got out of my truck to go inside and ask for the money, but the door was locked so I had to knock on it for a full minute to get someone to come talk to me. At 7:21, 36 mins after my initial order, I finally left with no food, 1 drink, no brownie they said they’d give me for everything, but I did have my money.
