My family and I have tried with this Dairy Queen several times. We have not been back in months because of how gross our food was last time, and poor management. We decided to give them another chance. Went through the drive through to order. Got up to the window to pay. The guy seemed like he didn't know left from right. (Which was probably a managers fault for not proper training) She would tell him directions and walk away leaving him alone. Leaving him confused on how to handle things. We ignored this. Then no one could figure out the scanner. They actually took my phone from my husbands hand and walked it through their store! Not okay. THEN they continued helping the people ordering leaving us sitting at the window. At this point our food sat on the counter for a good 10 minutes while they were trying to figure out why the scanner wasn't working. They then told us the coupon on my app wasn't working, and asked if that was okay, and if I wanted to just pay full price. We told them no. That our food was more than likely ice cold, since it has sat for well over 10 minutes and that we would go somewhere else. Probably...
Read moreIt's sad to see so many people giving bad reviews. I was in there recently, and understandably they were behind. They were doing their best, but it's hot out and they are extremely busy. One girl was trying to handle inside orders, and had a party of 8 who ordered online. They forgot a few things, so everything had to be adjusted and they were standing up fro t eating part of their meals waiting for thi gs "they forgot to order to be made!" I wasn't aware it took a couple of days after ordering an ice cream cake to get it. Thank goodness I had a few days. Always assumed they had freezers full, but NOT when it is 98° to 100° out! They may be short handed right now, but they are also dealing with alot of "hot" outraged customers. Put yourself in their shoes, most (not all) are doing their best. We have had orders we returned for various reasons, but have always made it right. Sometimes they are having a bad day too. Deep breath, and show kindness for the people...

Their dining area was pretty much empty, and the forgot to make our order.... 9:13 ordered at 9:35 they didn't even start our order yet. So I am upset, they tell me they can refund or start our order.... seriously we were there with family and they ordered food and ordered after us and they were done and all you are offering is to refund or make it?!?!?!
