Pathetic... more than once have we went to Wendy's only to have our meals screwed up again first we set through the drive-thru for 45 minutes before we even got waited on. We ordered 2 single combos one with extra tomato and onion and sweet tea... pulled over to check our food and both sandwiches had one small tomato one ring of an onion and a little piece of lettuce so I took the mail back into the store which was the whole reason for going through the drive-thru in the first place talk to the manager told him about the mess up and that the sweet tea taste like flat beer it was nasty so he says he will have his kukri make the sandwiches and gave me another cup for another sweet tea. So dummy cakes the managers word for it thinking that everything will be right I drive across town we go sit down to have her meals after getting home and the sandwiches were worse than what they were previously this time the Buns were soggy there still was no extra tomato there was one triangle small piece of lettuce and still a single ring of onion when we got home we had to put our own onion tomato and lettuce on sandwiches so we can eat it! So what the hell should we come to Wendy's for if we're going to order a meal and then have to go home after sitting in a hot car for 45 minutes in the Drive-Thru because everybody is complacent and slow as hell only to go home and have to fix over sandwiches again after having to go inside after the first time something needs to be done the district manager needs to do something something has happened cuz this is not the first time this has happened this is like the third or fourth time that we've had this nobody should have to go home and check their food after already checking it in the parking lot to have it redone and then Wendy's expects you to come back across town and bring the food back after you're hungry to begin with and all you want to do is sit down and eat so why should we drive clear across town to waste gas again to go back when I was supposed to been corrected the first time I need an...
Read moreRarely do I sing a restuarant where the food was fine but the restaurant was sub-zero, literally! We had very hot weather that week and humid but when I walked into Wendy's that night with a friend my glasses instantly fogged and it was insanely cold. How cold was it inside, glad you asked? It was so cold that the windows were dripping with condensation and the air ducts in the ceiling were literally leaking water everywhere in the restaurant. The water was on the floor, tables, chairs and finding a dry seat took a minute or 2. It was so cold I asked the manager to change the temp as it was raining condensation inside, he ignored me! He also ignored cleaning up the restaurant which given we were the only patrons in the place and I counted 5 employees standing around doing nothing apparently they were all to busy to clean up the debris field left over by other frozen customers who just left fries, napkins, trays etc and walked out as they were to cold to even dump their trays and just left. I've never experienced anything like it. Dirty, bad service, insanely cold, wet and the staff especially the manager when I informed him the Airconditioning was so cold that ducts were pouring water and advised him to turn the ac off, just ignored me. Read moreIn the age where everyone is opening up a second line or has a guy outside with a headset making it go faster, this place takes a second window out and has a concrete boarder that keeps you prisoner in line.
This was at one time the fastest Wendy's in the Cincinnati area but now it's awful! On the best day you will wait 8mins but I have had days that it was 20mins. My daughters dont ask for it anymore because they fall asleep in the line waiting.
Anymore all the Wendy's are slower. I'm mostly turned off by the fact that Dave said that they would always have a 99cents menu. Only place without one now.
Back to this location. The people are so rude that I great them and the guy just looked at me for 5secs and handed me my food. I laughed in his face due to the fact he was so rude. It's not only him. The shift manager will not great you as well.
To add to this don't ask for a customized burger. Most times if you ask them to add or remove something they put it on the screen and leave it the way they were shown how to make it.
Trust me if you must have a Wendy's burger go to the RT4 location a few miles north on the same road and order.
