Sbarro — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I've gone here occasionally over the years but since our season of Lent began, and meat on Friday is out of the question, my wife and I have gone to this location for their large plain pizza on three occasions. On two of the occasions we received a pizza that we both thought was excellent. On one occasion we received a pizza that we both thought was just ok. My wife thinks that the difference can be attributed to the individual who made the pizza. She may be correct but I don't know who made our pies. If this were baseball, Sbarro would be batting .667 and that would put them into the Baseball Hall of Fame as the greatest player ever. If the worst we received was an ok pizza, one can assume that this was a worst case scenario. If true, that's not bad at all. My wife and I will continue to purchase pizza's at this location and we will see if their batting average is stable or if it will fluctuate. Today I had the most terrible experience with this place . I walked up and ordered a slice of vegetarian pizza sat and wait it for about 15 minutes before I realize that a white couple and their kids that ordered after me receive their ordered while I’m still waiting. I asked him what was going on and he said he had to heat me up another slice.(they gave my slice that was already being heated up to the white couple) so at that point I ask for a refund . He asked the boy with pink hair, who took my order did he remember me & he said “ I don’t know I take a lot of customers a day“ even though I just ordered 10 minutes ago !!!!! I had to show him the bank charge for him to refund my five dollars… then after he gave me my refund, he told me to get lost and get a life like wthhh these people is definitely racist! The sign on the register clearly states that if you don't get a receipt with your order that it's on them when I went to sit down I realized I didn't get one when I went back to the register the manager came over and then tried to hand me any old receipt sitting there!!! When I kept saying what the policy says he kept trying to give me my same order NO I don't want double of what I ordered he was refusing to give me my $ back!! So I said okay listen then give me a chicken cutlet parmigiana platter to go only instead of another 4 pieces of pizza & soda he didn't want to do that so I took out my phone & started to call the # listed under the sign he then decided to give me the platter that I really didn't want to begin with to go home with!!!
