I use to love coming here! The drinks were great and I would come almost everyday before school. As of Today I'm looking for a different location. I typically get a double shot of espresso over ice with a splash of cream and extra room in the cup. Grande in Venti cup. I add protein powder and almond milk. Soooo they have been getting my order incorrect a lot. Due to me rushing with school or work I let it go. However this is the second time in a row they keep making it incorrect. This time I asked for extra room the lady filled it to capacity. I told them I asked for extra room so Joe then goes and spills some out. I'm like okay it's a mixture so you just spilled coffee out. Not sure why he didn't just remake it. I then asked he said ahhhhh ( unsure). I'm like it's fine reimburse me my money he then says okay, and another girl makes it. Lets just say she had an attitude. Not sure why someone who clearly doesn't make your drink correctly will have an attitude. If you don't like your job then don't go...what your not going do is do your job incorrectly, then get an attitude with the customer. No one wants any problem I just want my coffee made correctly! Multiples times they have messed up my order... so everyone makes mistakes it's not big deal, however it becomes a big deal when you get an attitude and act as if it's a problem to remake it correct. I'll make my own coffee or go back to...
Read moreMy experience here was far from the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
Firstly, this location lacks any indoor seating, which completely undermines the concept of Starbucks as a "second space" for relaxation or work. Without any seating options, you're left standing around awkwardly, waiting for your order, which takes away from the comfort and convenience that Starbucks typically offers.
Additionally, there are no restrooms available, which is a basic amenity that customers should expect from any establishment. The decor is also quite sterile, resembling more of a hospital waiting room than the warm, inviting atmosphere usually associated with Starbucks.
The service was equally disappointing. The baristas seemed apathetic, showing little interest in customer interaction, which only added to the unwelcoming vibe. Furthermore, the forced use of Starbucks cards to pre-order—requiring a $25 load just to purchase a $5 drink—is not only inconvenient but feels like a coercive business practice.
Even the Starbucks locations inside Targets offer a better experience than this one. I hope that Starbucks considers making significant improvements to this location to align it with the brand’s...
Read moreI’m not a new customer to Starbucks. I have traveled to Starbucks all across different states and cities. I have also been a previous customer at this location. Today I ask for the usual vanilla ice coffee which I always ordered with two extra pumps of vanilla. I look at the coffee and trying to understand why it’s brown on the bottom. I’m told the ice was put in last and stir it. Ummmmm ok never been served a ice coffee like this before. It looked how it taste nasty full of milk. He makes it again now this time it’s bitter the balance of cream is off. I drove to specifically get a ice coffee today. Something was not right today. I ask for a refund and I’m assuming the manager remakes it this time but doesn’t add the correct amount of creamer. I could look at the ice coffee and tell it wasn’t right. I’ve been ordering this drink for the past 10+ years. The I have it down to a science of what gets added. Starbucks is trained to specially add certain amounts of everything. Why was asking for 2 extra pumps of vanilla so hard to add to the original recipe. 😕 I don’t understand what was...
