If you’ve ever wondered how long it takes to make sour cream from scratch, like, milk a cow, churn it, and whisper sweet nothings into it until it thickens, then I recommend you head on over during the lunch rush. Apparently, this place is running a full-blown dairy farm behind the counter.
I waited over 20 minutes (yes, twenty) for one small dollop of sour cream. Meanwhile, the entire line came, ate, and left while I stood there like I was waiting for a Michelin 5 starred chef to handcraft my order. Spoiler Alert, I wasn’t.
To really spice things up, I was verbally snapped at by the staff for existing, because clearly being a paying customer who dares to ask about their missing food it is a crime now.
Finally got my sour cream that went nicely with nice ice-cold bowl and crunchy rice that I’m 99% sure was poured straight from the box, unboiled with a dash of limp cilantro.
Bottom line, this place has gone from “fast casual” to absolutely lazy and unprepared and the staff make it a full-on disaster. Would not recommend unless you’re into cold food, crunchy rice, and...
Read moreI have been to this location before but not recently. As always the food was great. There were 3 women working and 2 had attitude issues, one of them I think was a manager. Of these 2, the first had a unsightly nose ring, the other coverd in tattoos and body modifications including a wire protruding out a few inches from each cheak. 10 years ago no one who had a job interacting with the general public could have visible tattoos. Now days being Frankenstein with head to toe tattoos is perfectly acceptable in a work place but not with me. The cashire was the only acceptable and generally friendly employee. The tables were dirty and this was at 7:30pm on a Sunday. Finally this was a week before Christmas and no Christmas or even Holiday music. The had loud club music not at all a reflection of the season. My recommendation is find a different location becauae this one needs...
Read moreBasing my review on tonight’s visit. I haven’t been here in a long time. Qdoba started going down hill a couple years ago. But I was dying for some Impossible tacos so I went over. There was a tall black guy with glasses who greeted me and the people behind me as soon as we walked to the counter. I’m guessing he was the manager. The Impossible beef was not dry at all, and the taco shells were the freshest I’ve ever tasted! My tacos were made to perfection by the line staff. The manager then came out to the dining area and asked every single group at each table if we were good and did we need anything. This is exactly how a business should be run. Almost reminded me of when Qdoba first opened years ago. I hope he is still in charge...
