7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springfield

I normally am always happy whenever I go to 7 brew but this time I parked a few feet two far from the order stand and then wasn’t greeted or met with any service for 3-5 minutes (while they just stood at the stand). That person also then decided to go back into the building and talk about how I was just waiting there and staring… when I was never greeted and didn’t know I could start my order. I’m a server at a restaurant so I know that a greeting can go a long way for the costumer, but then to also hear myself being talked about in the building as if I couldn’t hear everything just really ticked me off. I love this 7brew! Its my favorite one. That said it is very very bad practice to allow someone with 20 drink orders and actually 20 drinks hold up one line. They should need to call it ahead. Especially since she wasnt even in line! You dont have one person who is running drive thru make all the coffees. Cars were coming and going from one line and they took everyones order in our line and continued to allow people to line up in our line. Yall need to plan better for issues like that. People have to get to work. So whoever that lady was do better. We shouldn’t have to wait 15 min not moving because the manager doesn’t deligate properly. Come up with a better plan. Annoyed. Let me start by saying I LOVE Seven Brew just not this location. I normally visit the one on South Campbell because it's literally right next to my work and they are awesome always!! This location on Battlefield is terrible. The people working there are rude , unfriendly, and basically every drink I have ever got there is not up to the Seven Brew standards. Last time I visited I counted 7 cars go through the other lane before the lane I was in moved at all. Then they made my order wrong and wanted to act like I was inconveniencing them when I asked them to make it how I had ordered it. Never again will I go to that location. I will stick with the Super Stars on...
