Arby's — Restaurant in Springfield

Please go to the Arby's on bechtle don't waste your time at the main street location. So I order on Uber eats, a French dip as you know a French dip comes with dipping juice, Au jus, my food gets here and there isn't any Au jus, so I called and he said he will make me a new meal if I can have someone come get it. I called Uber and they won't allow for somebody to go back and pick up the order that they messed up. So at this point I kind of got over it. So like a responsible communicator I called them and told them you know what don't worry about it... And the manager acted like he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about... So you think it's funny to joke about people's food.. it's not. Then he said the Uber driver ran off with my au jus ... So I called corporate to make a complaint. At 4:42 p.m. the district manager called me, she told me someone from the restaurant will bring it to me.... By 702 nobody has shown up to my house to replace the meal .. I don't know what what kind of communication is going on with the district manager and the store manager but they are unprofessional when it comes to handling complaints. A complimentary meal certificate should have just been emailed to me. And as far as the employees who wouldn't mind getting into their car and taking a 10-minute drive away from work and still get paid for it? And why was my au jus sauce not in the same bag with my other food. Why didn't that manager hold himself and his store accountable... BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars is more accurate. The girl working the window tonight should be put in the back or find a new job. Rudest customer service . Shoved the bag in my hand, while not even looking, overfilled my drink with the liquid all down the cup and on the lid. One guy had half his body leaning across the counter where they make food, with his phone. They got my online order wrong. My Buffalo sandwich was just slop soup on a bun. I get it, it's fast food, it's for convenience, but, damn! This leffel lane/s lime location is garbage. And management is lack there of, at least for the evening crew. Severely pissed me off , turning what should have been a quick easy part of my night, messy and disgusting! No thank you. Have the nasty proof pictures but my phone isn't giving the option...

I love the Arbys on Leffels Lane and on rte 40 in Springfield Ohio we visit one of these locatoions at least once a week.. Both are fast, friendly, and efficient. Ive never had a long wait. Everything is pipin' hot and delish! Both Arby's have the fastest drive thru in over 30 years. Folks, if you love a good fish sandwich then I suggest you try the new Beer Battered Fish Sandwich that Arby's is currently featuring on their menu. My son and I also are addicted to their jalepeno poppers! But the jalepeno poppers are not complete until you ask for their signature Bronco Berry Sauce! Trust me! This dip is like no other.
