Very rude and hateful for no reason. I came through drive through right as they were opening and only one other car in front of me. I start to order and then in a rude tone says what size!? After telling him what size I ask do you have sweet tea? Again rudely says yes we have sweet tea, is that all? I say no I need⌠and start to order next meal to again the rude response of what size!? I again tell him what size and then finish my order with a kids meal and juice as the drink. I get to the window and he takes my payment I hear him tell another worker we donât have juice, so me willing to be flexible with getting my child something different to drink ask, are you out of juice? To which he very rudely say No! I havenât walked over to get it. I was fed up with the attitude and said okay well there is no reason to be rude as I am saying this he tells me to pull forward to wait for my food and to have a blessed day very sarcastic in tone. I pulled forward waited for my food a lady brings it out, who looks to be a manager so I tell her about the gentleman at the window and how he needs to be told to cool his tone then all she rudley says is okay, have a great day. Angry about the experience I leave and get home to realize they in fact did not give me the juice for my childâs meal. I will be reaching out to cooperate and will never eat at this...
Read moreI drove my 35 passenger bus to Arbys. I was craving a Jamocha Shake. I canât take the bus through the drive- through and the large gondola sign in front of the restaurant says, âLobby now open.â So I parked my bus as far from the front as I could, as a courtesy to other patrons. As I walked to the entrance a person parked told me the lobby was closed. I then decided I really wanted my shake so I walked up to the drive- through. I was told by the manager that I they couldnât serve me as a walk-up at the drive-through due to safety concerns. She said she would make an exception THIS time but NEVER again. She was abrupt and never apologized for the Lobby being closed even though the advertising said it is open. Well, my walking up to the drive-through was an INCONVENIENCE to me more than her. It was 3 PM and there was only one car in the drive-through, so it really WASNâT dangerous. I then explained I didnât want the shake after I was âchewed out,â for trying to patronize my Arbyâs. The manager so,â okay,â never once apologizing for the lobby not being open and the way she treated me. Please retrain...
Read moreI've been coming here for about two years now and sadly it has recently dipped in customer service. The woman at the drive thru is not very attentive, I constantly have to repeat myself and then I catch a hint of attitude in her voice that I am correcting what she is saying. Then today (June 9th) she was eating the entire time she was taking the order and got very rude when I asked her to repeat something, I simply said thank you and drove away as this is the last straw for me. I understand finding good employees is hard right now because now many people want to work, but maybe place the employees you do have in the correct place, maybe since she clearly has a short temper and horrid customer service skills, she would be better suited washing dishes? Maybe give someone with some drive and pep a chance at the POS. As stated this is the last time I will ever visit this establishment. The only reason it's a two star and not a one is the food, the cooks are the only ones who clearly know how to...
