We went to the igloo's last year and celebrated the holidays and decided to do it again this year. We were highly disappointed. It was freezing, our heater went out multiple times, and the girl waiting on us was rude. Her response was there was nothing she could do about it. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. We tried to be polite several different times and laughed it off, but she just couldn't deal with it, apparently? Nothing was said or done when we decided to leave early, and her plus the other girl were snarky when we did. Unfortunately, none of us will recommend this or be back.
