Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

Horrible establishment. I get sent coupons FROM SUBWAY and they refuse to take them. I spent 25 dollars on 2 footlong subs, neither being a signature, just basic subs and they refused to give me a fair amount of toppings, literally said they could only give 3 olives per 6 inch sub and then proceed to pour a pound of sauce on it. I’ve never had any problems with subways except this location, I know it’s franchise owned, but they should accept coupons from subway if using the subway logo and they should also have a more fair price when they’re so stingy with the toppings. I will not be returning to this location unless the management and staff change completely. is a real shame, my family and I love subway. We eat there at least two times a week. Well we used to. We went there today and they are closed. Saying they ran out of bread, no they didn't I have eyes and can clearly see bread in the bread storage. The store has very big windows, the night crew always closes early. Store is open til 9pm not close up and do night clean and stock and be out of the shop by 8:52 pm... we were there at 835 pm... in the last month and a half we have went there several times during normal business hours just to find out they are closed early, never opened that day, or lock the door and ignore us knocking on the door. It is really sad that a business is being ran like that. I'm sure if Sam knew this he would not...

Worst subway in Springfield rude employees have family member in lobby both employee and manager yelling over the customers to conversate with this girl in lobby while customers are ordering on top of that bread was hard/stale as somebody didn't bake there bread these people are lazy and dirty only had white and wheat left and didn't have much of either left submitted a complaint with corporate received a call from the same manager that I complained on and was hung up on Go to S Limestone new manager is super friendly and doesn't heisitate to load your sandwich up and make sure it's fresh! He goes out of the way for his customers! I went to S limestone after purchasing my sandwich here I was so disappointed will never return...
