I went there for breakfast for the first time ever and was happy that I did. They have the best tasting grits that I have ever had ,the food was delicious, I highly recommend checking them out, and also, they have a dessert section that is mind-blowing. You won't be disappointed visiting this establishment, I love the way they got it decorated. The owner came over several times just to make sure that we were good. She was very friendly and outgoing, and it felt genuine, I love the vibes that this restaurant is giving off.

This place is so cute inside! The owner is really quite visionary. From the drop leaf tables to the antique chairs and bead-board walls…it’s just so charming! Let’s talk food. When we went they had a breakfast buffet for $14.99 a person. The buffet had the best homemade biscuits I’ve ever had! Plus cheese grits, waffles, bacon, sausage, and a few more items. If you haven’t been here before. It’s so good! You have to stop in!

What a great place in a small town! I needed lunch and a place to get some work done for a few hours. I got the Cobb salad with honey mustard, and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and kept checking if I needed a coffee refill. Plenty of seating inside as well. I'll definitely return if I get the chance!

This place is a real gem. Grilled portobello mushroom sandwich w pesto, provolone and grilled onions and a slice of tomato was from heaven. Roll was perfect. Fries crispy. Atmosphere as cute as can be with comfortable down home seating. Check out the train engine mural on the wall. Charming and friendly. If I could suggest one improvement it would be a sturdier paper napkin. Will definitely be going back. Closed Mon and Tues. When you're through eating check out the thrift and antique stores near by and if you can catch a concert or movie at the restored Mars theater do that too. Springfield has the best southern charm in the county. Guyton we're waiting for a few new restaurants along the same lines as Springfield. You've got the charming houses now spruce it all up and give me some good cooking. I...

This was our first visit. The food was good. It’s set up for ordering at the register, with the food then delivered to your table (no wait staff). The strange thing is that we were asked ā€œare you going to dine here today?ā€, and even though I answered yes, our food was brought to us in to-go containers. Thinking that they had made a mistake, I looked around the dining area and everyone’s food was served in to-go containers. The experience left us with the feeling that they have everything set up in a way that creates the least amount of work for them (no dishes to wash). The dining experience would have been a lot more pleasant if our food had been served on/in ā€œrealā€ plates/bowls. Overall, it was still a pretty good dining experience. But, maybe not nice enough to make me want to...

A local hotspot situated in the cozy downtown area of Springfield, GA. This dining experience is a mix of tableside service and self-serve, depending on what you order. They offer savory sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads along with baked sweets such a red velvet cheesecake and other delicious confections. The staff is SO friendly and inviting but they close after lunch so please plan accordingly. The building itself is a mini time capsule that offers glimpses into bygone eras of American history and Southern charm. Prices are fair. When weather is inviting snag a table on the front porch and enjoy watching passersby in the quaint town atmosphere. After your meal be sure to visit the many antique and vintage shops for unique and unusual...
