Crema and Bloom — Restaurant in Springfield

I've been a fan of this little Hayden Bridge area coffee shop for years. While I was sad to see the previous owner go, I was very happy to hear the café would continue to stay open. I miss the previous menu (the Italian panini was the bomb! and the banana bread from Elegant Elephant was my go-to treat) there are some new items that are very tasty. My daughter's favorite is the raspberry white chocolate scone and mine is the amazing croissant cinnamon roll... flaky, buttery, soft, chewy, nutty, sweet and slightly salty, crispy edges and gooey inside... it is perfection on a plate!

Quite a few gluten free options are available, although I have not tried anything yet that has encouraged a repeat purchase, although I'll keep testing out new items. The coffee is delicious and the real charm is the sweet gals behind the counter. They are lovely and personable and they are a big part of the reason we continue to make...

I rarely leave less than 4-5 star reviews....the avocado toast was horribly salty...$5 for 1 slice?! The Americano was very good but the barista was snippy and stated.."next time tell me before I make it'.....well damn! I didn't know you were going to fill my cup to the tip top and it was so hot I couldn't drink it.... Plus some of us nurses work 12 + hour night shifts and maybe we are tired after working all night and just want a light breakfast without being spoken to in a snippy manner So NO...there will never be a 'Next Time' visiting this place. Attitude does more for a business than...

I came in with a dear friend of mine from out of town. I brought her in because she’s a realtor and was in need of a unique flower arrangement for a client. She used to live here years ago, Terri was blown away by how good everything was and your flower arrangements totally impressed her. She has decided you are her new favorite flower shop, with as many friends and clients she still has over here that’s a good thing 😊. She lives in Central Oregon. We had coffee and brunch as well, great place to enjoy with friends....
