I’ve only been here twice. Both visits were not great. I agree with the other comments, it has 0 customer service, kinda feels like you’re inconveniencing them when you go.
The first time we went I was very excited. They do have decent selections. Bought a bottle of soy sauce and vinegar, and the sarsa(dioping sauce) Mang Tomas(MT) and Banana ketchup(BK). The MT and BK were both Suspicious as they both have weird consistencies. They both looked gooey. They still tasted okay tho. I’m just hoping they weren’t expired.
The second time was 2 days ago. Bought another bottle of Soy sauce and vinegar. BUT the MAGIC SARAP seasoning is already past its best by date. Now I wasn’t really surprised, which goes to show how I see this store.

There is usually children on a computer or doing school work off to one side of the store. I have yet to run into friendly or personable staff here, but they will point you to what you are looking for. However, when I call, the person who answers the phone is friendly as the call has been forwarded to another phone besides the phone at the store.
