If you see this location, keep driving! The app wasn't taking my order, kept telling me an item wasn't available, but wasn't telling me which one. I gave up using the app, went to the store location drive thru. The chick who took the order had attitude and almost charged me $10 more for something I didn't order. Got to the window, tried to have her scan the $3 cold brew and I also had a free hash brown. But the hashbrown didn't taken off the price. Explained to her the issue I was having with the app, she didn't seem to care. Took my money, gave me a drink waived me to the next window. 3 cars left with food behind me, waited 15 MINS!! No one ever came to the second window to give me my food. I ended up parking the car and walked in. I said I had been waiting for 15 mins at the second window. The chick that took my order just looked at me. Then no one proceeded to try and help. Then I I had to keep saying the same response until someone acknowledged me. Even though they were looking right at me. The chick who took my order went to some counter to look at a bag. So it had just been sitting there. They didn't even have the whole order ready. I am pissed! Not a happy customer at all. This isn't the first time I've had to wait long but that ridiculous. Done with this place. And don't get me started on how many times they get an online...

Arrogant window guy refused receipt, gave out the wrong order and (gasp!) no receipt to prove otherwise. He kept telling me what I ordered was wrong, and after trying to explain what I ordered, says "He wOrKs HeRe eVeRy DaY aNd ThEy NeVeR bLeNd cApPuCcInOs" (I ordered a frozen/blended vanilla cappuccino, and have at minimum, 10 times before... most recently JUST LAST WEEK. Also, I've never seen him sooooo he must be 4 days on the job if he works there "everyday.") Explaining it's simply an ICED cappuccino ran through a blender, he gets loud and repeats over and over again "IT IS BLENDED" um.. sir, it most definitely is not. Barely "iced" as it has all of 8 cubes of ice floating on top.
Is the concept of a blender too complicated for this generation?? Maybe I should have more patience for the incompetent....Maybe it's chalked up to poor training, or simple laziness. Regardless, the service industry isn't for everyone, and these folks should reconsider.

We drove back and I went inside and informed the young lady at the counter that we did not receive the doughnuts we had ordered. Argumentatively she challenged me with “When?!l I replied “just six minutes ago” “We don’t have pumpkin donuts!” “You did not say so when I ordered” Then the Trainee walked up and was honest to say “I took your order and I was the one who put those in your bag”
The young “in charge” girl still looks at me like I’m and idiot, and it was the Trainee who actually solved the situation “can we get you something else instead?”
