Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield

I have mixed feeling on this place. I go there, every day, for the last year and usually the line goes at a decent place. The drive thru staff is polite and nice. I did have 1 issue where Inwas in line for 6 mins and it had not moved in literally 6 mins. I am always on my to work so I don't have a lot of time. I left the line and parked and went in. Waited 5 mins inside and no one addressed me or took my order. 11 mins at this point. I spoke up and asked if someone could take my order please. No answer. Left store upset and did not go back for about a week. Took my business elsewhere. When I entered the store the staff was all together chatting in one site and they kept telling me to wait , some one was coming to take my order. When they finally took my order a very nice lady prepare my coffee, hand it to me and went to the back of the store. A lady who appeared to be the manager kept on texting on her cell phone, it took another 3 minutes btobthe nice lady to come back and ask me what I was waiting for, I asked if my sandwich was ready, she looked at the screen and indicated that it was another staff supposed to make but she was going to do it for me. The worst experience ever. My mom went to go get a chicken croissant, she has an accent but understands English and can speak it fine. When she told them they got her order wrong, they laughed at her and yelled saying it was right. They gave her this tiny croissant with bacon inside (she asked for the chicken croissant sandwich). Whoever you had working this morning (two guys at around 9:30-10:00 am) at the drive thru as well as some other guy were mocking her and told her they would give her a plastic knife to open it and see, which is completely unacceptable.
