Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Springfield

This happens at 8:45 am 12/29/2018 I left my house a 30 minutes earlier than usual to go to my job so I could buy coffee at Dutch bros. I got there and there was a car infront if me so I thought: “sweet I am going to be early to work”. Well no! , I waited almost 15 minutes there behind the van. I actually got out of the car to ask for my coffee and the girl took money and say that yes my coffe was ready but instead of giving it to me -one coffe- she proceeded to give the order of like 7 drinks to the the car. Then I ask her to give me my money back and then, she decided to charged me for the coffee give me the change but no my drink which I had to ask for. Bad service and very slow. Did I mention that there was no apology because of the delay. I used to like this Dutch bros but it is not the first time something like has happened to me with this location. If there was another line of stars to represent the quality of staff here I would give them ☆☆☆☆☆! My 1 complaint is that there is absolutely NO consistency from one day to the next and from one store to the next. I've lived here for 3+ years now and am at dutch bros almost every day . Sometimes twice. That's alot of money spent! My drink never changes so most of the staff know what it is. Because I am a loyal customer (who tips every time) it would be nice to get a great tasting coffee thats not bitter or burnt every time. Between the manager and the employees there isn't a better staff I have encountered. No matter if they are swamped or not they have such positive attitudes and are always willing to give you atleast a couple minutes of their undivided attention. Also I have been to more Dutch Bros then I can count on my hands and this is the only one that makes my order to perfection. I am very sad I am moving soon so I will have to go on the hunt to find one that comes close to their outstanding service.
