Amazing! Everyone should try it. Light, fluffy, sweet (but not too sweet), cold (but not snowbiz cold). Delicious. We fell in love with Taiwanese shaved ice when SweetnSnow had their standalone building. We were sad when it closed. Also, for what it’s worth, this is just as good as we had in Taiwan earlier this summer when we ended up eating shaved ice all over Taipei for several weeks (all Taiwanese food is amazing).
