EMPIRE PIZZA — Restaurant in Springfield

I always liked this pizza place before but i dont know what is the phone answers problem today, I told the lady that i was calling from a magicjack line.everything was fine,but she said that they could not use that magicjack line for the driver to call me back when he was outside.So instead of her trying to find out another way on how i can get in contact so that i can get my food,she hung up in my face.I then called back and was gonna give her another phone number so that i can order my food and she hung up in my face again,i called again i got a few words in to tell her that i have another number and she hung up again.she did this 5 GODDAM times now im furious i called back again and asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge she said hold on,i said ok now im gonna give a real bad report to her boss ,so then she picked up the phone and hung it up.i called one last time i asked her why is she treating me like this i want to talk to her boss she says HE IS NOT HERE! ARE YOU SERIOUS! i felt like this cavewoman knew me personally or something like i must of did her wrong in my past life for her to act like such a huge FEMALE DOG! This place went downhill quick I used to use them before Covid and the last two months I called them 5×4 out of five times they went to the wrong address they called me from the wrong address yelling at me because I’m not answering the door I told the guy nobody’s out front yells at me again I said sir I’m in Westspringfield not Springfield he said yes I’m in Springfield I said no I’m in West Springfield you’re at the wrong address again this is four out of five times that I’ve used them in the last two months finally I called the shop and I asked for hot food because every time it gets here it’s lukewarm at best she yelled at me and said just take the food the drivers almost there I should me and I’d rather hot food please I don’t wanna cold food Four times in a row she swore at me I said please just refund my money tell your driver to turn around please refund my money she swore at me again I can’t even say it here and she told me never to call back again and hung up on me. I will be calling the health department in the morning because today is Fourth of July...

The manager and the supposed to be owner have the worst customer service ever never again will I go to this place ; worst experience ever ,, I called and asked them for a party pizza 20 wings , and a 2 litter soda ..cheese and pepper she told me the pizza already comes with cheese who doesn’t know that ?? So I said I know I want it to be half cheese half pepperoni. When I picked it up it was all pepperoni so Called to complain and let them know it was supposed to be half and half. She said well the call was recorded I’ll send you the recording and hung up on my face VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and she’s supposed to be the manager of that store. The owner said he heard the recording and it says I said I wanted a cheese and pepperoni pizza that I didn’t say half instead of remaking my order.. ENDED UP getting my money back by the way the manager invited me to fight in other words but she said she was about that life what kind of manager goes about customer service that way ?
