Firehouse Subs Sunshine Street — Restaurant in Springfield

Arrived at 820 pm the two working had already closed out majority of the sides. Gentlemen working couldnt work the register after 10 minutes finally got our order put in. Subs were good but mac and cheese was ice cold after waiting another ten minutes for that. Then the "gentleman" decided to tell us that lobbie closed in five minutes when the time was 845, store doesn't close till 9pm. Went to throw trash away her idea not mine, the young lady working throws her pop bucket in the way as we were trying to throw trash away. Subs good staff is complete trash that was working this evening. They need to not close down there lines or doors untill store closing times. I normally go to this location several times a month. Today was the first time I had a negative experience. I had ordered a sandwich which was the smokehouse Cheddar brisket. I got home (to branson) and ny sandwich looked horrible. It was a big chunk of a meat Patty hardly any cheese at all and a ton and ton of bbq sauce. I was super confused because it was a patty and not sliced brisket. I called the store told the guy that answer about the sandwich he said hmm that's strange talk to my manager. She gets on the phone and I explain to her the issue. She proceeds to tell me I'm a lier and did not get my sandwich from there because they do not have patties. Long story short the manager had my receipt in front of her but still told me I was a lier. Come to find out she is a general manager and I am shocked at how rude and unprofessional...

I placed my order just like I have many times before to take home. Once I get home my order was wrong so I called to let them know and hopefully get a discount on my next time in. The person who answered the phone right off said if you're polite I'll refund your money if you're not I'll hang up! I hadn't done anything except tell why I was calling! I wasn't rude, now they won't answer the phone. It'd be different if I was rude but to be accused and it never happened and hung up on! That's rude.
