On 9/9/23 I came to this Starbucks to get my regular pink drink, when I usually go to the one on Republic Road. I love Starbucks & hate to have to write reviews like this but this whole interaction has been on my mind for 2 days now - the employee at this location - Rianna - took my order was very aggressive with me when I didn’t order right away - she was huffing & puffing like she had better things to do. I saw they had their pumpkin spice & apple lattes out finally & I thought I would change my order from pink drink to one of those. I decided to go with pink drink in the end and she glared at me like I was stupid. She then proceeded to snatch my card from me, & literally threw it back at me when it approved. I was then shooed away from the counter & told to step aside for the next people in line. I obliged & waited for my drink. When I got my pink drink, I noticed there were no strawberries in it, or the cold foam I had specially ordered, & I waited in line around 15 minutes to get my drink. When I brought this to the employee Rianna’s attention, she told me she would not be making me another drink & that I was wrong about the pink drink having strawberries inside. I was very confused, & asked “huh” - not out of rudeness, but out of disbelief of the situation. I decided strawberries & cold foam weren’t worth arguing over & left with my drink. When I got in my car, I took a drink for the first time & I noticed something very very off from what I usually get. This drink tasted horrible, like soap, dish water & chemicals. When I inspected further, the color was off as well. I do believe the employee - Rianna, did something to my drink out of some type of spite? I watched her make it myself, & I have no idea what the spite against me would be. But I felt it was necessary to write this review, as I don’t want someone else to make the mistake of visiting this Starbucks, while this rude employee is working here, giving people...
Read moreIt’s incredibly frustrating to be former barista coming back as a customer waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order drink, just to have it made wrong and undrinkable almost every time I visit Starbucks at 3230 East Sunshine. I definitely understand bad days, but when the bad outweigh the good something needs to change. Better training would be a good start since I have yet to have a drink made by standard unless it’s by Annie.
Update: -After a 3 month break, ordered for convenience through the mobile app. Turn off the mobile app if in store pickup is not available. To order ahead and wait in a line that takes 30 minutes (because you already paid and are unable to refund over the phone) to receive watered down lattes and cold food items.
This is the absolute WORST Starbucks in all of Springfield. Make the drive to a different Starbucks because you will spend the same amount of time driving as you will waiting.
Baristas at this location are incredibly rude, you’re lucky if you get acknowledged at all when the lobby is open.
Hit up 7brew if you haven’t tried it: Friendly, consistent, and speedy. Plus it’s local to NWA...
Read moreworst Starbucks I've ever been to. I go to one further from me to avoid this one. Well yesterday a friend needed to meet someone and they chose this Starbucks, so I went inside to order two drinks. 4 employees no one acknowledged me. after 2 min or so someone yelled at another employee that was in the back that someone was at the register.. 5th employee came out and took my order. He never asked my name. I sat there waiting and waiting. I look over and see around 7 drinks made waiting to be picked up by customers.. 2 of those could be the ones I ordered so I walk over there only to see the heat protector is blocking all the labels so you have to physically pick up each and every drink move the protector to see what the drink was. what the heck is happening here? why do I have to manhandle all the customers drinks before I get to find the two I ordered..? I cannot stand the way this store has been ran the whole time I've lived here. get it together and stop asking for a tip when no service was...
