Food Fusion Restaurant — Restaurant in Springfield

I don't generally complain about a restaurant. Especially when I've given the management a chance to make it right with me. My family of four visited last night. All 4 meals and the appetizer was dry. My daughter had nachos. She picked up one chip and they all came up with it. The cheese had congealed. My son's burger didn't have any juice at all. I got carnitas because I've never had a bad order anywhere I've ever been. What I got on my plate was 2 small chucks of dry pork butt with no juices whatsoever, some rice and beans that's were crusty and a tiny bit f lettuce and tomatoes. No pico. And to my husband's food, enchiladas with dry tasteless meat. After speaking with the server to ask her to bring me some of the au jus from the pork and explaining what the au jus was, she brought me a literal bowl of fryer oil. She sent the manager over and I also spoke with who I believed to be the owner. Not positive but he was definitely in charge and he offered to make my meal again. Only mine. Fine whatever, I waited about 15 mins for a bag of food to be brought out to me. When I got home I had another small piece of dry pork and some rice. 100 dollars is a lot for my family and it wasn't worth 10 bucks. The only thing we enjoyed was the atmosphere and the margs. Our server was nice enough but she knew nothing about the menu, being our first time there we had questions and she never checked on us after we got our food. We...

Food Fusion….rough opening night. I hope it was opening jitters, but wanted to comment on some of the self-inflicted wounds I witnessed.

We sat at the bar and it took about 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We finally ordered the pork belly appetizer, a fusion potato, and quesabirria.

The appetizer never came. When we received our entrees, we informed the bartender, she said “oh no”, but it never came out.

Potato was supposed to be carnitas with cheddar cheese and for some reason it was drowning in mozzarella??

Quesabirria had zero taste. Seriously.

A couple sat next to us and after 20 minutes finally flagged down the bartender and asked for drinks. The bartender said “I have to help other customers first”. No offer of water or anything. This couple left after another 20 minutes without drinks when the manager informed the bar that they would no longer be serving food at the bar. What??

Had to remind the bartender to remove our appetizer when she printed the bill. We also watched her hit her vape pen several times at the bar (maybe could have had time to get drinks for the couple next to us).

Not giving up on you yet, but not a good first...

Can't believe everyone is hyping this place up. Went here and got the worst service ever the waitress messed up our order and lied to us twice told us they didn't have tomato juice and that we couldn't mix and match our chimichangas one pork one chicken the cook fixed it but there was a hair in our fusion salad which was shredded lettuce with Pico and sour cream no body apologize about it or looked any kind of shocked or disgusted also no discount for the hair and inconvenience of the terrible waitress. This place was sooo expensive and not nearly as good as any of the other taco places in town like El speedy... mangoes the restaurant that was in the same location before this place was a thousand times better and affordable. This place doesn't have a drink under 10 bucks unless you get a 5 dollar bottle of beer. Will...
