Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

Just called Godfather's to place an order for carryout and one of the pizzas we wanted is a gluten-free pizza, I had to call because the gluten free was no where to be found on the online menu. My staff and I visited Godfather's not too long ago and one of us got a gluten-free pizza with the toppings of her choice, and the manager was complaining to us that gluten free pizza is such a hassle to make and that they don't like doing it, well I'm sorry but do you think that the staff member that is gluten free WANTS it to be gluten free?? Do you think that it's hassle free for her everywhere she goes? Absolutely not, that is why people make gluten free pizzas to accommodate those with allergies. So I ordered a gluten free veggie pizza, he puts me on hold, and comes back and says the manager told him they can only do cheese or pepperoni for gluten free. How is that so? They cannot add toppings? He insists that it would be unsafe to make a gluten free veggie pizza.... wondering if this is the same manager that was complaining to us that it is such a hassle?! DON'T SELL GLUTEN FREE PIZZAS THEN! Thanks for nothing Godfather's! Terrible service the last couple times we have been there and tried to call and order. Do your job or...

We seated ourselves because there were no employees to greet us (and no sign). After sitting for about 10 minutes I walked back up to the front counter to ask for service. Two employees were there, one couldn’t help me but did give me menus. The other saw me but was on the phone. After sitting for several more minutes with no sign of anyone my husband went to the counter to place our pizza order and ask if we could get drinks. No sign of anyone for quite some time so then I also approached and finally saw an employee (the one on the phone earlier) but he walked right past us without acknowledging us. He was busy taping up a hand-written sign to reserve an area. When I stopped him to ask if he could help us he said he would be with us “in a moment”. I reminded him that we had already been sitting in his restaurant for a while. He then asked if I had come up to the counter. I said “yes, I talked to the other man up here!” So then he asked it I had talked to himself... at this point we were out of there. We went on down the road to Pizza Hut on Chatham Rd.
