Worst customer service ever. Owner is very very rude. He expects us to clean up his store. He has forgetter the fact that there will be lot different types of people coming to his store with many other things to take care of. I left my baby at home with my husband and got a call that she’s crying. I was in a hurry and didn’t notice that I kept a produce bag in tindora basket. When I went for checkout he questioned me in such a way I got tears rolled down my eyes because he did that in front of others who were waiting to checkout and in a very disturbing manner. I paid the amount and sat in my car crying and called him to let him know that he behaved in a wrong way and it’s not what it should be. He hang up on me. I went inside and again he started yelling and spoke to me in an abusive manner in his native language even after me telling him multiple times that I don’t understand his language. They did billed my husband twice for a single product and when we called they said we have to bring that back to the store to make adjustments. We didn’t utter a single word as we understood mistakes do happen. But he did not reciprocate it back. This is not the first time he is being rude. It happened couple of times to me and my friends. Never going back to his store. Worst worst person. No human values. I’M WRITING THIS IN DETAIL BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE TO GO TO THAT STORE AS WE HAVE NO OPTION TO GET INDIAN GROCERY. SO PLEASE DONT EXPECT THEM TO BE NICE TO YOU. THEY WILL DEFINITELY MAKE YOU FEEL BAD FOR EVERY PETTY REASON

But I shouldn't trust these Indian packages as they are full of * .... I called the store and asked if you return the item I just bought, the lady talked so rudely!! I bought food items from there last week. The cashier put everything in same bag but he didn’t put guavas in the bag. I also bought coconut which he scanned but it was outside and I asked him if it was my coconut and then only he put it in the bag but when I came home and checked everywhere I didn’t find the guavas .
