Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Springfield

Used to order from here when they could actually deliver on time, but not anymore. It shouldn't take nearly an hour for my sandwich to be out for delivery, let alone waiting even more time for it to actually arrive. My last 5 deliveries have taken nearly an hour and my most recent order took 90 minutes, which is concerning I live less than a mile and half away. This place is such an absolute joke that even DoorDash is faster now, which says just how much this place has fallen. Go elsewhere if you don't want to wait an hour and a half...

This location has terrible customer service and their staff is incompetent. I'm stuck at home taking care of my mother on hospice and was unable to make an online delivery order so I called the Iles location and requested one of their tasty and speedy deliveries only to be denied. I'm 2.5 miles from the Iles location, only 5 minutes away but they refused to deliver. First of all, when I received my food. My bread was entirely too hard, and the bread was moldy. So I called and asked to speak with a manager, and then they sent someone to deliver me another sandwich. And when the person arrived, he had the audacity to throw my sandwich at my front door. 😡 I was so upset, I just threw the whole thing away. And management, never did anything about the situation.
