I had a nightmare experience using this restaurant. I placed an order for 6 pizzas and salads for 6:15 delivery. At 6:30 we called to check on the order and were told that “the drivers left”. At 6:45 we called again and were told the same thing, “the driver left”. 10 minutes later they called us and demanded we had 10 people meet them at the door. Our response what that we’ve had 26 people waiting for the last 45 minutes. The driver arrived and seemed to be under the influence. He dropped the items and rushed to leave. When opening the salads it seemed extremely unusual that the dressing was poured directly on the salad prior to delivery so they were soggy. Also we ordered 5 thin crust and 1 deep dish. There were 6 pizzas with the same exact crust. We called to try to explain to the “manager” that we didn’t receive the deep dish. He demanded that “that is what their deep dish looks like” We tried to explain that they were all the same and he didn’t care. We asked for a refund because after waiting 1 hour over the delivery time, being lied to, and treated with disrespect, we didn’t not want to deal with this person anymore. He told us “No”. He said, “you can wait another hour and 1/2 and return the pizza you have”! We asked to speak to the manager only to find out that he was the manager! We asked to speak to the owner, we chose this restaurant because we wanted to support local Mom and Pop restaurant, he told us that they would be in tomorrow morning. I called this morning and the same guy said, “He will be here after 4” This guy is a compulsive lier and the restaurant seems like a circus. DO NOT...

What happened to this place! Literally the worse pizza I have ever had, and that includes frozen pizzas! We went here about 5 years ago and it was pretty good. We were in the Springfield area, so came in again. First, the guy taking our order (Joe I think) was very rude. I asked questions and he wouldn't even answer me with words. Just pointed at the menu on the wall. Like I wasn't already reading that! We got that anti pizza salad (or whatever it's called). It looked amazing but the salami was literally rotten! We had a part of 14. Everyone tried it and almost threw up. We told them about it and they just said, "oh sorry" and took the salad. $10 salad (it feeds a family) and they didn't offer to make a new one, take it off the bill, nothing! Just walked away. Then the pizza...I don't know how they did it. It literally had zero flavor. It was like eating undercooked bread. We put salt, oregano, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper on it, and nothing helped. Even the kids did eat it. I ate 2 pieces and couldn't do it any longer. I just gave up. Almost $200 for all 14 people and we all went to McDonald's afterwards. It as ridiculous. I will never go here again. I just don't k ow how anyone can mess up pizza...

The cashier/owner was extremely rude with the group I went in with. He didn't say anything to me, but he did treat many people from my group extremely bad. He was even yelling at some people from the group. He had a very short temper. Other customers that were there even told us that the cashier was being extremely nasty with us, and for no reason. I don't know if he was just having a really bad day, or if it was because we were latino.

As far as for the pizza, it was okay. I am from Chicago, and the pizza in Chicago is really amazing. I am comparing it to that, so it is no wonder that the pizza did not taste that good to me.

Overall, we had an okay time, since we didn't let the nasty employee get to us. If many people from my group had not already ordered, I would have told my group that we should go to another place to eat, since they didn't deserve our business. Overall, I don't like giving my attention to negativity, but I had to post a review so that other Latinos maybe choose another place to go to eat, where they will be treated...

Walked in off the street with my wife the weekend of the St. Pattys celebration. They weren't too busy and there were some other celebrants in the restaurant with us. Had a good booth seat and had a couple drinks and good conversation before they brought our pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was freshly made with good ingredients and a fantastic crust, nice and crispy on the bottom with a light and fluffy under-sauce consistency. The cheese was melted and buttery. The sauce was a robust Italian sauce that I very much enjoy. The cupped ronis are definitely my favorite as well. The garlic bread was decadent and the garlic butter was everything I hoped it'd be. For the price it was a delicious and super convenient meal downtown. Definitely recommend to anyone out and about in Springfield!

The pizza here was amazing and you could buy it by the slice! One friend got the Tortellini that was so delicious! I got the Stuffed Shells and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. So these shells were amazing and the cheese on top was so delicious and stringy. The filling was so creamy and flavorful, everything was perfect. THIS was the BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE I have ever eaten IN MY LIFE. It was undercooked so it was still a lot like cookie dough and the edges were crispy and it was amazing. I was originally the only one that bought one and I almost died and so literally everyone in our group bought one and I got another one. They were so delicious i’ve had dreams of them. So if you are ever in SpringField, GO!

This is one of the best pizza places in all of Springfield. Every time I’ve eaten here the crust on their pizza is always cooked to perfection. It’s also owned and operated by a family so it feels great to support local businesses. The place is a little outdated but it sort of adds to the ambience, it’s like a time capsule to another decade which I like! They even have an old mini juke box hanging on the wall which seemed to still work. This place has been open for a long time and I hope it’s open for a lot longer, highly recommend eating here!
