I went to get some food tonight for my family and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had in any customer service situation with the drive through!!! Right off the bat, I pulled up to the speaker and waited, after waiting a minute I said, hello and a womens voice said, you can order whenever your ready. Then when the car in front of me at the window pulled off I waited at the window for someone to pay. A women in a striped top was talking to a gentleman that was filling orders was talking to him and we waited. When she finally came to the window she opened it and asked if we were the 3 piece chicken with sweet tea, I said no she asked if we were the 8 piece meal. I said I ordered a bucket. She said the 8 piece meal, I said I ordered a bucket. She said the 8 piece meal with 2 sides my son said yes 8 piece meal. All she had to do was say the 8 piece bucket with 2 sides is the 8.piece meal. I will say I do not k ow the menu and what things are called. It got very heated very fast and I asked if I could speak to her manager she said she was the manager. I asked what her managers name was she said Tracy and for me to make sure I tell Tracy that I was telling g her bucket or that she was telling me bucket , I don't remember which because I was so mad at this point at her rudeness. I felt like giving the food back and going somewhere else and if I hadn't already pd by debit card I would have. And when we were done she very nastily said and God Bless.. People like this need to be taught how to manage or deal with the public. This should have never escalated to this. All she had said was that the 8 piece bucket with two sides is the 8 piece meal. Or why continue to ask me if she know what I ordered? Tracey please train your managers better. I will go elsewhere...
Read moreTBH, there was a problem with my order. I spoke with Julia, who was wonderful. Ultimately, the general manager, Tracey (we minded right away over our names because I am Stacey and whenever anybody gets my name wrong they call me Tracey, and vice versa. Anyway, customer service is huge for me not only was Tracy amazing, but she was empathetic and really made me feel great about the interaction … This is why I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I believe it’s important to at least be honest, not to be a Karen, but just give businesses a chance to make it right Tracey did just that! … she deserves a raise!
So it’s been a minute, and I spoke with Tracey again , and even though she didn’t remember what happened she immediately said that she would honor the problem, and is immediately ameliorating the situation….
So I had to add to this review. I am so impressed with Julia and Tracey… and by the way we joked about things because my name is Stacey and whenever anyone gets my name wrong, they call me Tracy, but they normally don’t spell it the way she does so I felt an immediate affinity with her By the way, their chicken pot pies are FIRE 🔥! If you call him ahead of time, they are five dollars each !
I hate fast food. My daughter loves all kinds of fast food like Taco Bell, Wendy’s, etc.. The only fast food that I like is cashew chicken or general chicken so for me to like pot pie, and by the way, I do not typically like that kind of food I’m an ethnic girl foodie. Grew up in New York lived in California. I am all about Mexican, Italian, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, definitely all things Asian, oh and Italian. I really don’t like American unless it is seafood. I freaking love seafood.

Read moreI placed and order on Apr 5, at 8:20 PM and when I got there, there were maybe 5 other people in line ahead of me. I had told the lady at the front that I had a pickup order. Multiple other people had come in after and picked up and been given their orders. The time was now maybe 8:50-8:55 and she asked me about my order. Mind you, this is after multiple other people had come in after me and picked up their orders. I had also already paid since it was a mobile order. So when she got to me she told me they were out of chicken. I had told her I’d already paid and she said she was sorry and that there were only three of them. I was only upset because they had been giving everyone else their orders that kept coming in after me. She told me they could either substitute what I got or I could cancel the order. At this point they were about to close so I just said I would cancel and left. Because they were closed I couldn’t cancel the order so I have tried to contact anyone that would help. Nothing. I’ve tried calling, it wasn’t answered, I’ve emailed and now i’m leaving a review in hopes that someone will see and respond. I wouldn’t be as upset if I hadn’t already paid without even getting anything. So I would love for corporate or anyone to respond so that I can get my money back since I didn’t even get the food.
