Hi, Greetings to owners of Macās Lounge. This is the daughter of the man that previously owned 13th and Cook. It was my father Leo B Saner who owned āSanerās tavernā and his father before him. I have so many fond memories of my dadās tavern. We lived locally on S. 14th street and his brother and his family lived in the house that was connected and accessible from the tavern. Iām so happy to see that it still exists and I think itās really neat what you have done with it. I live in Washington state but come there to visit friends and family that still live there.
