Delano Law Offices — Local services in Springfield

I hired Delano Law office for a child support case. I have been given two separate attorneys since I first started still with no resolution. Nothing! Now my second attorney has left this firm. I spoke with one of the partners by the name of Tom Pavlik. I was sent a certified letter while I was on vacation and had called the office about the letter. I was then told I could stay with the firm and would be assigned a third attorney. I agreed to stay with Delano law office. He stated he would send me an email of the letter and to take a picture of it and send it back. He stated that after I did that I would be contacted by the third attorney. Instead I woke up to a phone call from the judge and was in court over the phone. Delano law office took me to court for my balance due and withdrew from my case. I was lied to and never notified I would receive a phone call and be in court today. I would not recommend this office to anyone. $3000 down the drain and still nothing!! I was also treated very rudely by Mr. Pavlik and the receptionist who told me at first she didn’t know how to spell Mr Pavliks name. I’m sorry but he’s a partner in this law firm right? Horrible!! I fired them!! They tried to get me to take a plea deal for something I DID NOT DO!! My case has been on going for 9 years!! I finally said enough is enough!!
