McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

They got the happy meal right, but everything else was wrong, and cold. The food looked like it was made on the floor of a freezer. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, got two nasty old snack wraps labeled as sausage breakfast burritos. Instead of a daily double with pickles added, I got a double cheeseburger that was cold, bread falling apart on top of bun. Ordered a diet coke, got a regular coke. This location is poorly rained, understaffed, and unable to accept accountability so they LIE to customers. I have, in the past, even caught them up charging my combos when I DIDN'T ask for larger drinks, even on a happy meal... They seem to be dishonest to their core. They want people to drive back to the store to issue a refund even though We offered photo evidence of their folly. They do not care about wasting the time, money of their customers and they certainly do not care about accuracy of orders. They said they cant give a refund unless you are in the store, lie, they said that happy meals come with med drinks, lie, they don't have a button to increase drink size only so its just the system and they way it places the order, lie... The kids they hire are sweet and try but the management is always rushing them and they obviously don't train them when the management will say what ever lie they want to get you off of their plate. My son LOVES McDonalds, and I love taking him, but this is the last time i visit this location who constantly steals from its customers, lies to them, and doesn't take enough care with order accuracy. As a type 1 diabetic, getting a soda with sugar in vs a diet soda is dangerous and they don't see to care or think they make mistakes. If you value your money, your time, and where you spend those, please consider going to a different location, I know we will be. This store should be embarrassed by...

I came into this location nearly every single day. My fiance and I both as a matter of fact, before work and bought a large frappe each. That was until the other night when the employees there was apparently having a really bad night. Said her system was down for the rewards, but the number was still clearly showing up on my phone. It was for 15%off. Now anyone who has worked a cash register knows theres magical buttons on the thing that allow you to make corrections and what not. We simply asked her to type in the price at 15% off. In a very rude manner refused to do so . So my fiance asks for a couple of strawberry cream pies to make up the difference. Nothing needs to be entered in then. Rudely refuses again . So we continue on with our purchase no discount though we are on the app and nothing for the troubles, only to more or less have our frappes thrown in our faces and the drive through window slammed shut on us without a thank you , kiss my a** or nothing. I have been around this mcds for years and sometimes being down on my luck they never judged me nor did they ever turn me away or judge me like other mcds management. I've been around this particular mcds through probably 5 different management take overs and they only ever got more caring towards me personally than ever. To helping feed me, keep me warm or cool. Public restrooms, late nights when I had no place to go, even to the nitty gritty of having the store manager and district manager personally come outside in the heat to ask of my well being. Brought me water and offered an inside table to sit momentarily to avoid the weather. This mcds has been a life saver for me for years. I hope that they continue to work together with the community and never shun another human for their short comings. I hope that this mcds continues to be a good place, a safe place, and an all around good place for it's community. Rather it be on...
