McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

If I could give this place no stars I would. We stopped by this location on our family trip to Missouri this past weekend and how I was treated was horrible. First off I don't eat mcdonalds at all anymore but we was hungry and there wasnt a other decent nearby restaurant. We went in to place our order, I told the cashier I wanted two bacon egg and chess mcgriddles and a fish filet with a small fry. Let me remind you two of those sandwiches is about 489 a piece or something like that and my sandwich was about 4 something. Anyway she ranged me in total was 10 dollars and some change. They were transferring into lunch so I thought I got a deal with the price, gave me the receipt didnt check it. Until I looked at it to see what number I was and BAM!! There it was she ranged me in for two egg and cheese mcmuffins so when I finally said something to her she looked at my receipt and put it down. Then one of the workers called my number and I looked at her and said that's me but that order is wrong..she looked at me with this evil looked held up the bag and said this order and I said yes. She threw the bag down and called for a manager. When he arrived they explained what happened then he told me 1 sec left, and while he's walking back and forth helping others he says loudly in a rude tone WELL SHES GONNA HAVE TO WAIT I DONT CARE and kept repeating it, while the worker saying something to him. I was waiting there for about 15 mins in total before he came back to help.He finally came back up to the front and with an attitude said so what was it you wanted to change. I SAID I NEVER WANTED TO CHANGE ANYTHING she messed up my order and rang in two mcmuffins when I wanted 2 mcgriddles. Bottom line is they fixed it but then apologized when they realized it was a mistake their worker made and not something I wanted to change. I felt so offended, they never asked until he finally came back the last time what the problem was. Horrible service rude employees...

McDonald's is really suffering in the service department. I recently went there and ordered two basic breakfast combos. They asked if i could pull around to curbside 4 and that it would only be a minute. After waiting 12 minutes i was about to pull around when a young lady asked me what i ordered because they forgot about me (made me feel great). I repeated the order to her and she left. Three minutes (16 minutes total) later an older gentleman brings me a bag of cold forgotten food. They made no attemp to make me feel better about the situation. Just handed the food to me with an unwelcoming presence.

This has motivated me to give up on the big fast food chains and invest my money with local businesses that provide passionate service and quality ingredients. BIG fast food chains simply want to shove you off LITERALLY before you even get your food. Hopefully this will inspire others to step away and teach these companies that local businesses with great service and superior ingredients is better than 16 minute "fast food" with horrible service.

I visited this place on June 13. I was a regular customer. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. The employee went to grab 2 sandwiches and brought them back. I took them to my table and started to eat one. Old and nasty regular chicken sandwiches. I ate part of one before I realized they weren't spicy and they were old. I took the second sandwich up to get something edible. Then I proceeded to stand there and wait 5 minutes or better for one. The cashier gave me no receipt for purchase. He knew what he was doing. Since I couldn't get service the night before I never tried talking to the manager then. I mean she was standing right there the whole time. I called June 14th and the manager was a rude smart mouth individual that didn't care what you received. He just wants your money and you out of there. I guess, I should mention that one of my sandals stuck to the floor as I walked by the fountain drink area. And the flies that are away at my ankles while I tried to eat. What a miserable experience. The only McDonald's I've seen worst was in Lebanon, Illinois. 2nd worst McDonald's...
