MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

My grandma died, a day later my boyfriend was hospitalized and has been there going on two weeks. He has not been eating and when I went and visited him today, he wanted to have a “pizza date” in his hospital room bc that is all he has been craving. So I left and went and got us pizza. I’m not going to lie, I briefly overshared to the guy making pizzas, I believe his name was Peyton, and he was so sympathetic and kind, I could tell he was trying to lift my spirits. This was honestly not only the best experience I have ever had at a Mod, but probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. First time I ordered on the app from this location my Caspian had barely any BBQ sauce. Ordered again, same thing. 3rd time I put extra BBQ sauce in the special instructions and still I hardly get any BBQ sauce. It's like there's no BBQ base. This is the only location I have this problem at. Even asked for extra BBQ after I picked up my order and she claimed she already did. Pizza was not all the way cooked. Barley any toppings (I ordered online for pick up). They also forgot the ranch swirl wich is clearly.on the receipt. Pizza was cold by the time I got there and I even got there early. Good thing Pizza is good cold too. Flavors are good but def needs extra baking as the dough was barley cooked on the edges.
