If you go around 8 or even slightly later, do not expect there to be entrees or sides available. No later than 8:15 was when we ordered, but they were out of beef and broccoli and chicken rolls. When she told us the beef broccoli was out she proceeded to ask if we would want to try anything else on the menu with a condescending attitude. The woman rushed us to order and told us we’d have to wait ten minutes for the beef. She did not give us a total after that and there was no total displayed on the screen. She then had to retake our order when we got to the window. Only a few minutes later she came up with all of our food. I asked why it came so soon, since she said we’d have to wait. The woman gave me attitude and said something to the effect of there was some there. She did not give any sauces at all. How can a place that says they’re open until nine stop making food before 8 and run out of everything? And why do we get so much attitude for coming an hour prior to closing time? I ordered the family meal online since they they had the online special for $20. I placed the order at 8 PM on a sunday since they were still taking online orders (For reference today is march 29th so all places are only taking drive thru or curb side pickup. They are also shortening hours). My boyfriend dove over to get the order and was told that they had canceled all online orders and we would receive a refund. They didn't give any explanation or try to call us before cancelling. So we ended up with a wasted drive and time. Considering it take 30 minutes to drive over there and back I'm not too thrilled about it.
Upside they usually have good food when you get it lol. I've always gone in. I tried to order yesterday and couldn't so I tried to order even earlier today. Needless to say they're service with online orders definitely needs to be addressed...

From her buttery yellow teeth to her crappy personality and customer service skills, she was by far the worst part of my day. She got mad all because I wanted an additional item on my regular plate order and insisted that I get a bigger plate even though the bigger plate is more expensive than me just ordering an additional small side.
