Worst service ever. We love Chik Fil A and go to them often but tonight was the worst service I've ever had at one. The server, Chelsea, dropped my sack on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to put my food in it. When she brought it to me, I told her absolutely not, I watched you drop it on floor then use it. She said sorry then starts to take the food out of sack and put it in another sack, I said absolutely not. I want new food. So while waiting another 15 minutes we get our food. In the meantime a guy was standing there, I asked him if he was the manager, he said he was and that he looked at the tape and she did not use the same sack. I said you better look again, I stood here with my own eyes and watched her do it. Then she finally brings food and has it all shoved in one sack, I said may I have another sack so I can fold it over. It is 2 degrees outside, the manager said, well that is why the napkins are on top. I said what good will that do it is 2 degrees out and this food is going an hour away but even if across the street the sack should be closed. No apology just basically called a liar. If she didn't do what I said she did then why apologize. Because she did exactly what I saw her do. My daughter watched her too. I complained with corporate too. They need to be educated that if it goes on floor, it is done. Oh and she dropped my sauce on the floor and put it in the first sack too. And she had stashed chik fil a sauce, when another employee found it, she said she it was for her. Chelsea must think she is more important than...
Read moreThe only food on the menu I like is the waffle fries but thats besides the point. The company owner of chick-fil-a is homeophobic and misogynistic.
He believes that gay people are not humans and refuses to serve or hire anyone who labels themselves as apart of the lgbtq community. Disregaurding all the excuses people make up to think less of anyone that isn't a straight cis, that kind of behavior is inexcusable, especially so for someone in a place of power. He, thinking its his right as a man, decided that if a person is comfortable with themselves (body or otherwise) should be discriminated against and criminalized.
Not only is he prejudice against people apart of an inclusive community but he is prejudice against women as well. Believing that they don't belong in the workforce, he pays the hard working ladies less than the men. It doesn't matter their skills or the reason to work this man says that women only belong at home, cooking and caring for the children that they are obligated to have. He and the company deliberately ignore any conplaints of sexual harassment made by their female employees.
I emplore the consumers of this store to stop and consider what you're doing. Buying their waffle fries, their milkshakes, any of their products gives money to this man. A man who's opinions, while not a rare one, causes people to loose a job and be forced out of commodities because of their gender or identity. Do not waste your money on something that would only make the ignorant...
