Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

First I haven't been back for 2 to 3 years after they forgot my cookies and I went back in a couple days later to let them know. They said I needed a recipe, which who saves a pizza recipe? Anyone in custom service should know better and just give the cookies to the customer.

So I am standing back in this papa Murphy's, because my kids want pizza and was thinking it's better than Albertsons pizza, Maybe by a bit. What I notice is that they have 6 employees and it still takes 15 mins to hand over a uncooked pizza. Here's why, they are very busy, and it's kids running it. One guy is trying to explain a promotion, but in a confusing way, as if he doesn't even believe in it. Their is still this lack of trust towards the customers, like they are the enemy. It's also inconsistent, the kid that checked me out asked if I want a recipe, like it's a choice, but I heard the other guy ask another customer for a recipe to pick up his pizza and looked it over like he was a liar trying to steal a pizza. They must have a high theft rate, out here in Thurston? They lack customer service, you can tell they don't want to deal with the people.

Conclusion, it's not the kids fault. It's the ownership / management. There is a lack of direction and structure. In addition it's a old model, which they probably won't change. Compared to the MOD pizzas out there. You can get a cooked pizza faster, better tasting for just a bit more in price.

Two stars for the kids hard work and effort, and that's it. But when out here in Thurston you don't have many choices, unless you're willing to drive 10...

Placed an online order that I prepaid for at 3pm for a 5:15pm pickup. I arrived at 5:15 and was told it wasn’t ready yet, no big deal I can wait a few minutes. 5:30 comes and other people who walked in and ordered at the register after I walked in start getting their orders before me. I was trying to be gracious and decided to check back with them on the status of my order, they tell me it’s on the line right now. 5:50pm and they hand me the complete wrong order. I let them know that’s not my order, turns out my order was ready for pickup the whole time but they didn’t see it (after checking twice) I asked them if it was ready this whole time I spent waiting and they said yes and only offered free cookie dough which I really didn’t want, but wasn’t about to make a scene.Then I get home and realize one of the pizzas is a large and not the family size I had ordered. Not going back at this point. I don’t understand how they can even ask for tips when they are serving raw food to cook yourself and it wasn’t even...

I went in to order a pizza. I didn't order ahead, I was gonna go shop while they made my pizza and come back. I walked in and no customers were there. A staff member got asked right away if I wanted to hear specials. I said yes. After saying the special I said I'd take that. He said he'll get me at the counter in a second, since he was needed to wash his hands from making a pizza, so I waited by the register. He asked what size I wanted and another customer comes in. He asks if he had a pickup and the guy said yes. Instead of finishing my order he had me step aside. So I did and he finished with that customer. Instead of continuing to help me, the guy walks off. I don't see him again. I keep waiting at the register and the other person working doesn't talk to me. Somebody else walks in and she asks if he has a pick up. He said yes, so she went to the guy to help him, even though I still have yet to be helped after being gut off part way through my order. Extremely...
