Incompetent, extremely rude staff. Order elsewhere. Placed a carryout order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, our order was supposedly in the cutting stage and would be ready in 1 minute, according to the tracking screen they have above the pickup counter. There were 2 people in front of me waiting for service. We proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge any of us. There were several staff members in the kitchen area, and they were aware there was a line of people waiting (more people came in after me, as well), as we rang the service bell on the counter & they kept looking at us from back in the kitchen, but not a single one of them could be bothered to acknowledge the growing line of waiting customers. Finally, a woman comes up front. You'd think if you are aware you're running way behind and have taken forever to acknowledge customers' presence, you'd have the decency to at least be apologetic about it, but no. The staff member who finally deigned to come up front proceeded to be extremely rude to every single customer that'd been waiting. The first customer she messed up cashing out, then proceeded to basically throw the person's pizza at them and give them attitude for her screw up. The second customer had already spoken with the staff member behind the corner earlier, but the woman had forgotten to bring the customer's order out, so it had just been sitting back in the kitchen the entire time. When it was finally my turn, approximately 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I'm informed they screwed up my order and had to remake it, so I had to wait even longer. Again, you'd think given such circumstances, the staff would be apologetic for their error, but nope, the woman was still on a roll being as rude as possible. Finally get my order, only for it to still be wrong. Still no apology. We placed the order online, so I had the email confirmation showing exactly what we ordered. Even after showing it to the woman behind the counter, she proceeds to give me major attitude about it, telling me that it's not what I ordered. No apology for the lengthy wait, no apology for messing up my order twice, no offer to remake my order correctly, no offer to just let me have the messed-up order since I'd been waiting so long. The woman behind the counter expected me to pay $65 for an order that wasn't correct and was missing several items. When I told her I wasn't going to pay for the wrong order, she proceeded to throw the boxes down to the other end of the counter towards the kitchen and tell me, "Fine, whatever." So, nearly an hour after placing our order, and over 30 minutes waiting in the store to pick it up, I walked out with nothing. The only saving grace of the whole situation was that at least we opted to pay in store instead of online, so in the end it only ended up being a giant waste of time, rather than a waste of time and money, as I'm sure attempting to get a refund from that woman would have been a whole other nightmare experience. Read moreI hardly ever leave a review, but I am becoming increasingly frustrating with this specific Pizza Hut. I live in the area, so I order from this Pizza Hut pretty frequently. I ordered this evening a pizza and bread sticks for carry out. When I got to the restaurant, they still had the sign up stating that they had contactless curbside delivery, so I texted the number that I was there and got a response back that my pizza would be out as soon as it was finished and asked for my name and my car. I responded with a correct information and sat out in my car waiting for 5 minutes for my pizza, which was after the time that my pizza was supposed to have been ready. When no one came out I decided to go inside to get my pizza. When I got inside I told the lady that I had contacted them through their text service about contactless pick up and she responded, quite snappish, we do not have contactless curbside pick up. I know for a fact that they have, as I have used it often, so I responded with if you no longer have the service perhaps you should remove the sign outside that says you do. She was incredibly rude and snapped that she would inform her general manager when they were next in. So I said yeah, it is frustrating because I was just sitting out there waiting. And she snapped again and said well I'm sorry you were frustrated. This is not the first time that the employees have had a rude tone, not that it happens all the time, but that combined with the fact that my order is, most of the time, wrong in some way has really decreased my interest in using this Pizza...
Read moreThis place is a complete disaster area!! The store is always filthy, cooler is never stocked, worst of all the food is complete garbage! I paid OVER $60 for my food and nothing was fresh. The pizza was cold, the sauce was just thrown on it but wasn’t even spread out normally so the crust was huge. Hardly any toppings on it at all, 2 pizza’s were burnt, pasta was extremely dry barely any sauce, breadsticks and cheese sticks were hard, their so called boneless chicken wings were nothing but little tiny pieces and rock hard. Their traditional wings were undercooked and had a not so good smell to them. The staff is a joke! The so called general manager is rude and will cop a huge attitude for telling her about my order being so messed up. The employees act like they have no proper training. You can look back there and tell that it’s not properly cleaned and ran. They claim to be under staffed but yet the general manager has time to sit outside with other employees and chitchat with each other rather than being inside taking care of the customers that have been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. Needless to say after I requested a refund for my food as I did not want it and wasn’t going to wait another hour for it to be remade, I was told that they do not give refunds that all they can do is give me a store credit. But told me that I would only be able to get up to a $50 credit because that is the limit they’re allowed.
