I understand that it's busy at lunch time, but shouldn't you have employees that are prepared for that? And you definitely should know how to talk to the other employees and the customers. I placed a mobile order through the app. Drove to the location to pick it up. I had to go in to pick up. I walk up to the designated mobile order app pick up spot at the counter and the employee asks name? A say my last name and order # and am told I have NOT even touched it yet, you'll have to wait. So I wait. There are e people putting the orders together. Several more in the back. There is barely room to move back there. Now when I arrived I was the only mobile app customer waiting. But while I am standing there 3 more walk in. They don't approach the counter yet and no one is asking them anything. Finally the employee starts putting my order in separate boxes in front of me and asks another person manager possibly?)about big to go bags and he says they will arrive tomorrow. So the employee starts sputtering and muttering again and starts cramming stuff into smaller bags then looks down and sees a bigger bag so takes it all back out to put into a larger bag. I finally get my order and am on my way. I love popeyes chicken and I have to say this was barely edible. It was dark and the breasts were so hard and dry that I couldn't eat them. The legs were too dark and crispy and the 5 piece bix had 2 legs, a wing, thigh and breast. One of the legs looked like a wing drummette it was so tiny. I have been to Popeyes chicken restaurants in Alton, IL, Mississippi, San Francisco Ca and several more in travels but this particular restaurant is the worst now. I definitely won't ho back there. Read moreTuesday evening May 17th I had a customer in my cab who asked to go to Popeyes did you get dinner. Tuesdays are notorious for their famous leg and thigh special. Seeing a very long line in the drive-through I agreed to go inside for my customer. Having over 15 years of customer service I had never seen such lack of enthusiasm nor any hustle whatsoever to get orders filled fast and with accuracy. The young lady who was putting my order together after a lengthy amount of time studied my ticket for quite a while as if she'd never read a ticket in her life. I briefly explained one order was three pieces in a box the second order was the leg and thigh special, which is no longer a special she put the order together I left with my customer only discovered she had got my order wrong instead of getting a leg in a thigh I got two legs! I wasn't aware a thigh looked like a leg so I went back I'm assuming it was the manager who assisted me told me to keep my mistake order and gave me a new order. I'm sorry it's not rocket science. In my opinion the entire staff needs to be overhauled people spend way too much time in a Drive-Thru to get a good tasting piece of chicken, I think it's chicken it could be pigeon for the pieces are very small and you mention the Tuesday special that used to be a dollar 89 for the leg and thigh is not 258 in my opinion that doesn't seem to be much...

Everytime I order from here the order is wrong. Today I spent more than 10 minutes in the drivethru just waiting before someone even took my order, there was no one else in the drive thru at that time. A man came by entering through the side door asked if we'd been helped, then I could hear him yell that there were people in the drive through. A few more minutes in silence goes by and he's taking out the trash and yells again. FINALLY someone takes our order.
What I ordered: 3 piece spicy chicken meal, a breast and two thighs with fries, a diet coke and an extra biscuit. Sweet and Spicy sauce. 6 pc boneless wing meal, no sauce, fries, Sprite and an extra biscuit.
What I received: 3pc chicken tender(not spicy) with fries, a SPRITE(which I noticed immediately and asked that they change) no sauce. extra biscuit. 6pc boneless wings covered in a sauce(which I cannot eat, which was why it was requested as regular) no fries, 2 biscuits and a sprite.
I was never given a receipt at the window, which bad on me, but huge red flag. Tried to call to discuss the order issue, the phone rang so long the carrier...
