Burger King — Restaurant in Springfield

This is the Burger King at South Grand and Dirksen Parkway in Springfield Illinois and we just came out of there Angelo the manager took excellent care of us we asked for two burgers Whoppers to be cooked fresh my wife doesn't like a couple of things on it so we had a regular and then like a special one and they were absolutely delicious and I can't wait to get another craving for a Whopper because that's right where we're going we asked it to be cooked fresh she said that's absolutely no problem and man is it worth it thank you Angelo and staff if you haven't been inside that Burger King it is beautiful in there check it out on...

Usually when I come here with my daughter I don’t have any issues. But today was different. One of the cooks that was fixing my impossible whopper was Practicing unclean preparation with food. Caught him busting pimples on his face with gloves, then with the same gloves fixing and touching folks food with the hand he was busting pimples with. Gross behavior!!!!!! Had to tell a manager and ask for another impossible to made by another cook. Preferably the manager himself. Which the manager was very understanding. Manager did say something to the guy. # 1 reason you have to make sure you are watching how your food...

They have got a new one...next door to J.C. Penny's.The restaurant is clean..and new. The only down fall for me, is just one women's restroom.Not two or three stalls...no just one.I found myself with the baby waiting , outside with some other women...waiting on someone, to get finish and let us use the restroom.This is going to be a problem, in the near future. It was for us women, waiting with children.Burger king did you forget to make a large Restroom.???? So, if you need to use the restroom, there will be a line or go before you come..to this buger...
