On Sunday 6/19/22 we had to rush my 10yr old daughter to the emergency room. She had sever abdominal pain among other symptoms and we feared Appendicitis. We left our other two children with a family member and needed to order dinner for them at very short notice. The local food delivery service was closed, I called 2 other pizza establishments and was quickly told that we were not in their delivery area. I admit Pizza Hut was not my 1st choice and when I called I was also informed that we were not in the service area by Darren. I'm not sure if he could hear stress in my voice or what, but he volunteered to make the delivery regardless because we aren't very far outside the delivery area... I could barely contain my emotions, and quickly offered to tip him well for the trouble. He said it wasn't necessary but I insisted. I attempted to handle everything by phone, but I couldn't add a tip over the phone. I dropped my wife and daughter off at the ER and quickly drove to the store to pay for everything. Darren accepted my payment and tip with haste and humility. It was at this time when I told him about my daughter, Darren told me that he would be fervently praying for my daughter and my wife and I. Read moreI recently ordered wings and pizza here for a New Year’s Eve party I had. My order was delivered the first time without my wings so I called and the manager sent the wings back out and upon receiving them they were plain and I asked for them to be buffalo and lemon pepper. I attempted to call the store back but they were closed so I called the next day and spoke to the assistant manager Lenny who told me I was a liar and that he looked at the video showing my order was made right I then told him I actually took pictures of the my whole order and he said “well you will have to either cough that food up and bring me my food back or show me a picture because your order was made right” I thought to myself how disrespectful. Long story short I had to take my proof to the store for them to believe me and thank God I took pictures! I was refunded not my full order but just for the wings that were not right but what about my time and gas and on top of that look at how poorly I was treated and disrespected! Read moreWe went to the store to order a pizza and when we were checking our bank later in the evening we saw that they charged us twice. One charge was $3 more than the than the first charge. So we called the bank to let them know and they said one of the charges should drop off in a couple of days. So we decided to call Pizza Hut and make them aware of the 2 charges. They told us since we already picked up the pizza we should have checked the bank before we left. After thinking about it for a while I decided to call them back. I asked them how many of their customers actually stand there and check their bank statement before they leave the store. And why is one charge $3 more than the other.
