What I received was battered clumps (they look somewhat sizable until you eat it and realize that it is mostly batter with little or No chicken) in a salty soy sauce.
If you are going to âcut corners â do not do so at the expense of food quality- this keeps people from returning.
Realize that consumers have a choice (thank you, Free markets), and quality and decent prices are what will bring us back, and even earn our loyalty.
