Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

This place is horrible! I have been here 5 times and in the afternoon/evening hours and you might as well drive to the Huber Heights location because they are always on break or my favorite taking the trash out BRB just to come back and tell me there closed. I’ve been turned away more times than I have gotten coffee. I am not going here anymore. It’s a disappointment every single time. I am re-evaluating the decision to give 5 stars from a year ago. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing is made right even when you stand there and tell them step by step on how to make your drink.
