Let me start by saying this is the most unprofessional Pizza Restaurant that I have ever dealt with.
First I start by placing an order online, the screen prompt says please wait as we process your order and tells me not to leave the page. So I sit and wait for it to process. As I wait I get a text notification as well as an email from my bank saying that X amount of money have been taken out of my account. Within in a minute or two the page for Pizza Hut reloads and says that my order was not able to be processed (this being after my money had already been taken). It tells me to contact the store and that the money would be reversed and put back into my account. It says the timing will vary.
So from here I call the store to see what had happened and hopefully get an answer. I speak with a CSR and they tell me I have to speak to a manager. So I wait on hold to speak to a manager. The lady gets on the phone and I explain what had happened. From the first moment I got on the phone with the women she treated me as if I was not a valued customer. After explaining to her what had happened the lady then talks to me and treats me as if I am lying and is very rude. I try to explain again as I just want to know what happened and just want to make sure I am not being charged for something I did not receive. At the point the manager is very rude and disrespectful. Questioning me again as if I was trying to make off with free pizza, treating me as I if I am a liar and treating me as if my business does not matter. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut numerous times in the past and have never been treated like this before. From there in order to prevent being talked down upon anymore I let the lady know that I will be calling Pizza Hut corporate headquarters to file a complaint. I politely ask the lady for her name again and her response was "I don't have to provide you with that information". Never in my life from any establishment that I have ever been too have I ever been treated that way. The question in my head was why wouldn't you provide me with your name?
I then proceed to call corporate headquarters and speak to a lady whom did not seem like she enjoyed her job. I filed my complaint and was told someone would follow up with me within 1-3 business days. After this experience Pizza Hut can rest assured that they have lost me as a customer.
Only go to this Pizza Hut if you enjoyed being talked down on and if you enjoy being treated like your a liar or...

Stopped with one of my employee's for lunch today and found the same thing happening the last time we were in, little to no pizza and the few pieces that were there were cold ( 3-5 ) pieces at best. We were there approx. 45 minutes total ,after 25 minutes i got up and walked over to the kitchen prep area and ask the lady if i could get a glass of ice water and a Pepsi 5 minutes later they arrived at our table.the whole time we were there we only saw 2 different pizza's brought out and they were half pizza's. I questioned the lady when i paid for our meals why there is no food for customers to eat in the 45 minutes there in the restaurant , no table service ,you have to get up and ask for something to drink, unfortunately this is becoming the norm for this store ,being the second time in 2 weeks happening. Read moreI recently ordered a pizza for delivery and was given pizza rollers and my pizza. Both completely burned to the point of not being edible. I called in to the restaurant about it immediately, told we can redeliver your pizza in 2 hours or we can recredit your account for the amount and you can order another day and have that towards your order. I call in a couple days later 7-17-13. And am told they will only give me a free pizza and not cover the burnt rollers. I have pictures of both the pizza and burnt rollers. I now have to wait for their corporate office to open to have another issue to complain about. In which they already contacted me in regards to this and are sending something in the mail as a extra apology. Have also issued complaints on FB and their Customer Service page before...
