I had placed an online order and request no tomatoes on my order due to a medical issue. After receiving my order which did have tomatoes on it, I did not figure out it had tomatoes until I was halfway through it, and it nearly landed me in the hospital due to this. Also we did not receive half the food we had ordered. We have contacted the store, also reached out to management, never received a phone call back. After a couple weeks of phone tag, finally spoke to a general manager. He was rude. Pretty much refused to help us out in anyway. Said that we could come in with our receipts, and they would do what they could to make it right. Refused to give us a refund, knowing that people order online because they do not want to go into the store, but to fix their mistake they want us to travel to them with no promise of actually making it right. The manager kept trying to hide behind the fact that you can add an allergy to your order however, my issue is not an allergy with tomatoes. It's actually diverticulosis not an allergy at all. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to follow a simple instruction, and why someone can't take accountability for almost landing somebody in the hospital.

It was very low to the ground and I am 6ft tall. I had to bend over to use it. There was large amounts of garbage under the counter and on the floor and no medium to small lids at the drink station the table I sat at was sticky and gross as if someone spilled their drink and no one cleaned it up or wiped down the table. And the cheese in my roll up and quesadilla was spicy which ultimately was not horrible it just caught me off guard. The trash was overflowing as well. Very disappointing.

A not even cooked tortilla filled with cheese. And because the cheese wasn't melted....it flew all over my car! I took it back in and asked for a manager and was ignored! The manager finally came...and let's just say I understand why her employee at the window was rude to me when I asked to clarify my order...he got it honestly! I've had bad service before...however, this takes the cake!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and this location is known to give me a chicken quesadilla instead of cheese. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have lived near this taco bell my whole life. And every single time I go there my family orders the exact same thing. 2xxl grilled stuffed chicken burritos no guac no beans extra chicken and extra ranch and 4 tacos. Every single time either something gets left out or they don't make something right. But 90% of the time something is left out. I would be rich if I was re embursed all of the things that I paid for and didn't get over the past 20 years. The reason for my review is my visit to this store about 15 minutes ago. I waited in line and as I was waiting I watched the girl at the window fill a drink and smash it on the counter like a child throwing a tantrum. I got my food and got home and my bmyrritos were flat and empty even though I I paid an extra 2.60 per burrito for extra chicken and ranch no beans and no guac. But what really got me was the fact that when I reached into the bag I had a taco that was just thrown in upside down and no wrapper. All of my food was covered in beef. I absolutely hate this taco bell. It has been this way for years and seems like it will never change. I hope the management sees how piss poor...

I just left this location... ZERO STARS

They wont serve you in the Lobby. They wont even acknowledge you are there. They are too busy dropping F bombs in the back and speaking negative about customers who are currently in the drive thru. The person with all the open uncovered face piercings making food said "Oh well F em" when another employee brought up they left out food of the previous order and messed the current one up. I couldn't believe what the workers were saying in front of other customers. I cant imagine what they say or do when customers cant see or hear them.

The longer I stood there without anyone saying anything to me, the more I felt disrespected. I just wanted some Taco Bell. The only reason I left the house was to eat here and this location failed me. I am a combat veteran and I go to this location frequently. Ive overlooked things in the past but this is unacceptable. There was one car in the drive thru when I got back in the parking lot so they were not busy at all.

The physical location was dirty and felt "sticky". Its definitely a direct representation of the employees working there. Dirty and nasty. I wont be back to...
