The first time the guy was very polite. The 2nd time I was asked to wait at least 5 minute more before they waited on me. Should have left then. The card reader didn't work either time. I recently visited the Subway on North Grand Avenue in Springfield, IL, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect.
